Do I call local police or is there an oversight group for this type of scam? Has anyone reported hacking of your accounts?
My outlook / hotmail email account has been hacked. I NEVER use it. The last time it was used to register my new Windows on my new laptop and that was months ago! All of a sudden, everyone in every address book in my computer is receiving spam emails
from my hotmail account. Now what do I do? It's accessed address books from Linkedin, Skype, Facebook, Gmail, etc.

My account was compromised and would like to close the account.
I have a Live account that was set up with my university 6 years ago, I have been using it fine for the past 6 years, recently received an email from the university via the live account that they were switching over to office365 - of which i stupidly paid
very little attention. Now if i log into my account via hotmail.com/live... this comes up....

Although i am still receiving emails to my Iphone, i need to go back and look for an old email.

I am an old user of hotmail account (maybe a decade), now outlook, with a good reputation (no history of sending spams). Just now, I have also added and verified my mobile phone number so I suppose I can send 300 emails everyday.
Please confirm me my daily sending limit, and also tell me if the limit is same for sending emails through browser/outlook.com and microsoft outlook (part of MS Office). Moreover, is the limit aggregated if I send through both sources i.e. 300 from outlook.com
plus 300 from microsoft outlook, total 600 per day. Moreover, if I subscribe to Hotmail plus, what will be my daily sending limit?
Also, if I've already sent 300 emails a day and have to reply to a response that I received against previously sent emails (or reply to a response received against an email sent that same day), will I be restricted from doing so?
This started a few days ago. I have all emails forwarded to a Gmail account so can see what emails I've been missing...

Yet another frustrated Outlook user that can't access two accounts!
I've had three hotmail addresses linked for years, so haven't used a password for anything but my primary account in some time. Now they have been unlinked and I can't get into them. I've tried the online verification form so often they have locked that
option and suggested I create a new account. I've sent messages to Microsoft support three times, but they send back vague messages with links to a blog to explain why they are unlinking account. I tried livechat, but the chap couldn't help me, and directed
me here as a last resort. I didn't know about this forum, so hello everyone!
I need urgently to access my other two accounts, they are both used for business and I've been locked out for 3 days now and I think I'm turning grey. I just need to reset the passwords but all avenues have failed for me.

I have discovered that any e mails dated before the 3rd July 2013 that were previously showing in my inbox have simply dissapeared. Can any one enlighten me as to why this may be or if they have experienced a similar issue?
