I have tried all the options to recover old messages but with no luck. I have emails from 2001. I do not see any emails from 2001 to 15-03-2011.
How can I get old emails from hotmail account?
After finishing syncing of 100gb+ over the last couple of weeks, I finally finished two weeks ago with syncing everything. Skydrive was up to date and every new file I put in was synced with no problem.
Today I moved a couple of folders inside skydrive. No new files were added, and the folders in questions contained a couple of photos. Nothing large. The problem is that now the tray icon shows that skydrive is syncing 12gb! How is that possible? Was any
data lost?
Please help
This happens every time. I have read all the threads I can find on this, tried the fixes, junk mail, etc etc etc and to be honest, the mods here are giving bad advice.
The problem:
"Sorry, this invitation isn't valid anymore. The sender may have taken away your permission, or you may have already declined this invitation. If you'd like to see this calendar, ask its owner to share it with you again."
My private Outlook gives permission to share, as soon as it arrives in my Office365 inbox I accept it and it FAILS!, tried different browsers.
Simple error, can I have a fix please without all the rubbish advice.

Ever since the switchover from Hotmail to outlook, my outgoing mail shows a facebook picture that isn't mine. I actually don't even have a facebook account so I don't know how this picture was attached to my email. I've done lots of looking on this forum for answers and have tried all the suggested tips. I have tried to change my profile picture but the outgoing picture that email recipients see is still the incorrect facebook picture. I also tried to delete the facebook connection but there is no option to do this in the profile since I've never linked facebook to outlook/Hotmail (I never needed to link since I don't have a facebook account). I have also selected the option to not show third party content but that only changes the picture on my end and email recipients can still see this incorrect photo.
I haven't been sending emails from my outlook/Hotmail account for some time because I don't like that a picture that I cannot change is being sent for others to see. I would appreciate help on resolving this issue.
Why does the SNDS IP Status report tell me that our Sending IP is Blocked, but when I fill out the support form here: https://support.live.com/eform.aspx?productKey=edfsmsbl3&ct=eformts,
I receive multiple email responses saying, "More information needed," or "I do not see anything offhand that would be preventing your mail from reaching our customers from your IP: xxx.xx.xx.xx." Then I'm instructed
to refer to the SNDS service to check on the Health of my IP, which has ALREADY told me that my IP is being blocked. This is completely circular and does not resolve any problems. How can I possibly remove the block from
my IP if Microsoft will not acknowledge that there is a block present?

How do I get rid of that pane that is blocking the options option and the other options. Not sure where it came from. It's some kind of ad bar that runs along the right side. Thanks al
When I try to add a new reset email or add two step verification I get the error in the topic.
I have been trying this from time to time for 2 months now so it appears to not be a temporary problem.
Signing in and using my account works fine except for this.

I had been using a small logo on my signature line for year on my Hotmail account before it changed to Outlook. It worked just fine. As expected. Since I got Outlook I won't be able to save the picture. I have tried to copy and paste the logo within the
signature line setting, and using HTML code. It will work for that time but next time it will show the little icon for a broken link to a picture. I am using a icon that was saved on a JPG format and is on SkyDrive.
Sometimes when i check the settings for the signature line I can see the picture I want to show up there but it just won't show up when I am writing a new email. I am tired of adding the icon every time I write an email. Any suggestion?
