Set up on outlook office

I'm trying to set up my outlook office to connect to outlook.com e mail account but the error below exist.. Can you please help me solve my problem. Your help will be very much appreciated. Thanks.

How do you get to the contact profile?

How do you get to the contact profile? When I open up a particular contact in People, I am no longer able to see which groups that person belongs to, much less add or delete that contact to/from a group.

I had installed this app several days ago and no problems until today. I am having the same issue as with the other posters, however what I noticed today is when entering my email address and then the password, the keyboard stays in CAPS for the password. After uninstalling and re-installing the same issue. Disappointed with the app, it was great when it worked and I really liked it. So I went back to the default HTC mail app, NOT going back to Gmail! Please fix ASAP. BTW, I have an Android device, HTC Rezound, Android v4.0.3

Hi,

I'm having a problem with my hotmail account. When I sign in, using my Mac desktop computer, my account appears (as in, I can see my emails etc) but it only stays for one second and then goes straight to a blank page and I can't do anything after that.. It's a real problem because I need to use this computer and email address for work. It doesn't happen on my iPad. I've tried changing my password etc a few times and called Microsoft support twice with no luck.. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem???

Hi, my hotmail has been hacked as I haven't signed in about 1 week maybe... now when I sign in it says 

"It looks like someone else might be using your account

To help you—and only you—get back into *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, we need to verify that it's your"


and when I press "Next" button (try to recover my password) I forward to the next page showing message


"How do you want to receive your security code?

Can't receive texts? Choose the call option.

"

and I only 4 options to choose from as the following.
Text ********44
Call ********44
Email nu*****@hotmail.com
I can't verify my account


BUT!!! All those options are NOT my REAL DETAIL at all, those HACKERS change it cleverly, I mean
They change "Phone (mobile) number" (actually) my recover phone (mobile) number when I set it when I created my email long time ago.
OR maybe I have NOT set the "Phone (mobile) number" to recover when I created my email long time ago AT ALL. I forget because I didn't touch the security setting maybe since after I created my email.

Also, the hackers changed my "Recovered Email" for sure with clevered idea. I mean, actually my ACTUAL recovered email started with "nu" and following by "4" character only, but the HACKERs (maybe create new hotmail account using the similar name), and changed the recovered email to something that started with "nu" (same as my ACTUAL recovered email), BUT!!!! following by "5" characters which of course it's not my recovered (alternate) email at all.

So I CANNOT use those 3 options ABOVE!!!!!


OK So now I ONLY can choose "I can't very my account"

And now I was forwarded to enter most of my details, BUT!!!! I also have some problems
1)Of course the First name & Last Name, the hackers might change it already.

2)When I Signed up my HOTMAIL LONG TIME AGO, for the Birth date, it ONLY ASKED for "YEAR" NOT "month" or "day", so what should I select for the "Month" and "Day" for the Birth date in that page??  And when I pressed the "Submit" button it shows the ERROR MESSAGE "Enter a valid birth date" so how can I know the "Month" & "Day" of Birth Date, as previously I described that when I signed up this email LONG TIME AGO, it only asked me filled the "YEAR" only no "Month" or "Day" required whiled was signing up my email.

3)The security question has been CHANGED by the HACKERs too, they changed from "My Close friend when I was a kid" TO "Name of first pet", wtf??? so how can I know the "ANSWER" of their NEW Security Question???


And after I input everything like 10 or more times, the website says me error.

AGAIN so what should I do now to recover my email, please help me FASTTTTTTTTT, before the hacker "READ" or "FORWARD" or even "DELETE" all my emails please please please help me


PLEASE read all me DETAILs describe above CAREFULLY, as I have done everything and most of the things I can do, the HACKERS already CHANGE OR PREVENT it from the real owner (ME) to recover my hotmail account.!!!!

Hotmail id sending unwanted mails

my hotmail id is deleted and moved to outlook long time back. Last two days am seeing that lot of unwanted emails are going from my 'so called' deleted hotmail id. How to prevent this.

sound issues – help!

I have two problems:

 

I cannot add an mp3 file into movie maker - it keeps saying it does not support the file type even though I have successfully managed to use the same file in another movie I made in windows movie maker.

 

Secondly I want to take the sound out of some clips I am editing together as there was annoying background noise and put music instead.  But I want to leave the sound in other clips as it is a voice over. How can I do this in movie maker?
