Just above Outlook.com a series of broken white dashes appear. This continues for a few seconds backwards and forwards.
It looks like it is loading or something. Strange behaviour.
My other question is the disappearance of right hand side ads...re Twitter/Facebook etc. or anything else. This has now been replaced with what I would describe as a Round Grey Circle with a line across it and a Padlock. What does this mean?
I would also like to know why Microsoft has nobody to answer your questions re Outlook.com...nobody asked for this Email Service but it was forced upon us. I have been a Hotmail user forever and never had one problem. Quick/User Interface Classy/Emoticons much better etc. I could go on...but what's the point.

Since I don't use the email address I set as login to Microsoft any more, I decided to create an alias with the current one. However, it says that address is already in use. Probably because my first step was to create a brand new account with that address, which i deleted later.
What should I do now?

Hi, I registered my domain to use live.com services as email hosting.
I have been following step on https://domains.live.com/Manage/ManageDomains.aspx?DomainName=my-domain.com
I understand if DNS steeing need to propagated first, unfortunately after 24 hour still unverified by live.com services.

Grey circle with padlock appears in the ads pane.
Why is there a grey circle logo with a line through it in the far right window pane under the cog and your email name.
I have reset Internet Explorer twice. Deleted Cache. Refreshed Outlook.com...this has only started happening in the last few days!
I have contact Microsoft personally but was referred to this forum.
I basically want to know if this is normal? There seems to be nobody who can answer this.

I have just recently started experiencing issues with my hotmail account.
I am able to send messages from my hotmail account, but i'm unable to see the returned messages
i have checked all safe senders, spam filters, junk mail folders etc, no settings have been changed and i havent been sending out spam
what do i need to do? i have cleared cookies and cache

Our company is receiving delivery failure messages occasionally when sending to Hotmail/ Live/ Outlook email addresses
Our domains and static IP address is not listed on any SPAM websites, however the problem persists
Is there anyone I can contact that I can disclose the domains and static IP address and resolve the issue asap?

I CANNOT put every single person who hasn't emailed me yet but might do in the future on the 'add to safe list' as unfortunately I cannot read the future.
I am not receiving important emails from legitimate people either.

This issue is costing me money as I am missing out on valuable information from my clients. They also think I am ignoring them purely because I am not receiving their emails.
They do not receive an email telling them I haven't received it.
THIS MUST BE SORTED OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!
Some contacts that I send Sky Drive links to can open them and other can not. Do recipients need to have Sky Drive in order to share the files? Is there some other software that people must have on their system?
