my account keeps getting hacked and they change my password and replay email.

i havce had to set up a new account as i can not get into my other account i followed all the reset details yesterday and reset my password and replay email for it to all b changed back this morning and i can not get in again. i want to keep all my contacts and emails/folders please help so this as it is proving to be a massive pain in the neck.

Viagra e-mails are doin my head in now

I am getting at least 5 emails a day from canada **** re viagra, they go to my junk mail but i have lots of emails a day and im afraid im missing some because i am just deleting the junk mail cause of these annoying viagra emails! I report them as phising every time and block the domain and sender but they are a new domain and sender each time. Its driving me insane and i dont want to have to change my email address cause i have a lot of accounts under it. HELP

some error is shown when I try to open my outlook and which says to use the INBOX REPAIR TOOL ( SCANPST.EXE) to diagnose and repair in the file, I cannot find my way out . I am using Microsoft 2007 now, can u help to trouble shoot tks n rgds sanjay

Cannot log in or create a new hotmail after hack

My main hotmail account was recently hacked. When I attempt to login it appears as the account was deleted. However when I create a new one with the same name, It says the account is still in use. I may provide the email to a moderator or staff. I need the email because it was a password to many important things, I log in ALOT so I do not know how it was compromised. I have recently purchased a Windows 8 phone. I am trying to copy my contacts from Windows Live Mail. I start by clicking on export button and choose the .csv option and create a excel file. When I go into Outlook and import the file all the contacts show up in the list but there is no information against a name, i.e. no 'phone number or e-mail address. My Microsoft Office Excel is an old version running on Windows 7. When I open the excel file all the information for the contacts is there in the fields I checked when creating the file but they seem to disappear when I import to Outlook. Is there a fault or am I doing something wrong? I am following the instructions as carefully as possible.

Attachments Problem.

This has happened before and seems to be starting again. In IE10 Win 7 try to add attachments to a mail and the while page crashes - sign briefly pops up at the bottom saying something has caused IE to stop working and it has to close so it does and then reopens on an empty new mail message. This does not happen with Chrome when trying to do exactly the same.

I have repeated it several times mainly using word docx and doc - different files.

 

The continuing issues are becoming a real annoyance with IE10 and Outlook.com.  In over 10 years of Hotmail I do not remember ever having so many problems in such a short space of time.
