Locked out of a hotmail account which was previously linked to other hotmail accounts I used to access it … validation of locked account does not work

Alright .... so for about a week now, I've had a great deal of correspondence with microsoft support regarding a hotmail account that I'm now locked out of ...

The issue began with the termination of account linking .

I would access the currently locked account via other accounts it was linked with ....

I hadnt logged in directly to the locked account in numerous months, thus forgetting the password.

reset password would not work, as I had no idea what the security question response was, and the account validation form (that I keep being told to fill out over and over) does not work !

Can I not just have a password reset sent to one of my hotmail accounts that I CAN access, that was linked to the locked account just one week ago ????

It is absolutly IMPERATIVE that I access the locked account !!

None of this would have happened if account linking was terminated (or if it ever was an option in the first place)

Can I Mod PLEASE help me with this ....

When I email someone, does it provide my IP address?

Hello. When I am using my Hotmail or Outlook email account, and I email someone, is there any possible way for them to get my IP address from this email? I have heard something about masking, but I'm a little confused. The reason that I am asking this, is because I have a penpal that I contact over email, and we have not shared any details about our location, and I would like to keep it that way. However, if they were to ever get a hold to my IP address, they could get my city and state. I am hoping that this "IP masking" thing is true, and that they cannot get my IP address from the emails that I have sent them.

Recently we have created a new email account *** Email address is removed for privacy ***; we have reset the passwords for couple times but the user still not able to sign in.

Mail bouncing back

Dear Sir,

My hotmail id is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Some of my friends are trying to send me the mails but the mails are bouncing back saying my inbox is full. I have noticed that if they send me the mail from their official id (official server) then the mail bounces back but if they send me the mail from servers like hotmail, rediffmail, yahoo the mail do not bounce back and I got the same.

Please advise the solution.

I need the password reset option enabled for my user's account on my custom domain on the Windows Live Admin center. Some accounts on my domain are pass from users to users and I don't want to delete and recreate the same account each time.
