Email was deleted after inactivity and reopened it using the same alias email and same passwords. how can I retrieve the old emails?

I am getting a new computer and would like to know how I can transfer my pics to the new computer.
I was told to open the program and copy them then transfer to zip. All that managed to do was made double pics.
What would be the easiest way to do this???

Seems no matter what I do, I cannot stop my msn mail from receiving mail, coming in to my default service provider mail, a (different address)
I want the email programs totally separate, as they once were, for years
If I am expecting mail...coming in to me....addressed to *** @bellaliant.net how does it end up in my msn.com mail???
there seems to be no where in settings, I can access pop and smtp settings in my msn mail

Hi all,
Hope you are able to help me out.
I used to have 2 hotmail accounts. And I used to switch easy from the one hotmail account to the next by clicking on the right hand site on the profile button. Then I could choose the account I wanted to visit and came in the inbox from that account.
(so slightly different from alias)
Now I can't see the other account under my profile setting anymore.
Any one knows how to connect them again?
I don't want to use alias because one account is used for my private mail and the other one for amongst others the sports club.

I use Windows XP professional, and ever since I followed the "upgrade", or rather downgrade, to outlook.com email, the program works very slowly, clumsily, and even slows down other programs and the computer in general. Is it the ads of the free program that impede performance, or poor application design, or neglect of XP platforms?
Is there any fix, or is the only solution to leave this poor email prograqm?

My hotmail email was hacked. I don't use it anyway and want to delete it, close it, deactivate it, by whatever wording. It needs to go away. I've been trying for days to close it, but I keep getting, "There seems to be a problem with Outlook right now.
Please try again later." I don't want to try again later! I've been trying! Outlook doesn't work! Get Outlook working, so I can close this hotmail account!!!
Also, the "Topic" that is required, there isn't one that's for deleting/closing/deactivating an account. So I'm forced to pick one that isn't what I need. You guys need to get your act together.

This bizarre incident took place last night which makes me suspicious that it *might* be a hack job although with Outlook, one can never be sure.
Long story long, last night my Outlook e-mail page was suddenly replaced by the Microsoft sign-up page informing me that I needed to enter my password to verify my account as I was trying to access some "sensitive info". Actually, I was simply reading my e-mail. I ignored it thinking it was a hoax but later when I returned to my e-mail Inbox page (it's also my home page BTW), lo and behold after a few moments I was confronted by this request to once again verify my account. Not being in the best of moods I ignored it and went to bed.
This morning when I logged on to the Interwebz, I was immediately confronted by the aforementioned sign-in page and not the usual sight of my Inbox page, so in desperation or exasperation (take your pick) I entered my password into the box as requested. I was then taken to another page which said "Yes, we are being a bit over protective here but can you add your security passcode too?" My what? If added "If you don't have one or have forgotten it, which e-mail address shall we send it to?" and listed a corrupted version of my e-mail addresss. Now I was really concerned as to why an erroneous addy would be listed on an alleged official Microsoft site.
At this point I clicked the "I already have it " link which called up another page informing me that I would get this message again in 6 days (or 6 weeks - can't remember which) before FINALLY sending me to my e-mails.
So, my questions are these:
Can someone from Microsoft/Outlook or better yet, Planet Earth, please confirm or deny that this is either a genuine but ridiculously elaborate safety procedure or a hacking hoax?
Has anyone else experienced this or am I alone?
Is there a fix for this?
I never had these problems with Hotmail...
