I can’t access my account and I can’t reset my password!

I have an e-mail account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) and whenever I try to sign in it says my password is incorrect (even though I am 100% sure that it is correct). I've tried to reset my password, but I can't because I don't use the provided alternate e-mails anymore. Also, when I try to fill in the verification form to recover my account it doesn't work because it says there's not enough information. 

Please, I really need to recover my account, it's really important!!!

email inbox says i have 4 unread email, when i have nothing in my inbox at all thats unread

on the left side like u all know it says inbox and in bold it says 4- meaning they are unread messages. I DO NOT have any unread messages in any folders anywhere. this number 4 will not go away. I have cleared the cookies and cache and deleted browsing history but the problem persists.... why is this going on.... it wont go away. I am using internet explorer.

Locked out of Outlook.com

I received a message one day that "someone might be using my account" and it is now blocked by outlook. I followed the instructions to reset the password, however I have forgotten most of the information I am being asked to enter.  At this point it will no longer allow me any additional attempts.  I really need access to the account as it is my main email account.  Please help!! 

Sharing of Photo Albums Suddenly Failed

Until this week (July 31, 2013) I was able to share photo albums with friends just fine, in the normal course.

Outlook-Com and SkyDrive both appeared to be working as advertised.

 

Suddenly, starting 7-31-13, I was unable to share albums.

I tried sending album links, from the email module. The emails disappeared.

I tried sending a photo album from inside the SkyDrive module ("Share"). The emails disappeared.

I have run my test 3-4 times, always with the same result - the emails appear to be sent, but never emerge anywhere.

I can see the outgoing email in Outlook-Com's "Sent" folder. But the recipients never receive the email.

 

I am using Windows 7 from home, on an HP Pavilion Elite PC.

I operate Outlook-Com and SkyDrive through Internet Explorer, v.10.

 

Oddly, I am able to send individual photos from the Email module of Outlook.Com

It is just albums that appear to fail. The emails appear to send, but never get delivered to the recipient. They disappear permanently.

 

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

I need to recover the password, the email attached to the account is long dead, I don't have enough information to successfully get past the automated account recovery form.  Please help.

my email says "This account can't be used to access Outlook.com " how can i resolve this? This is my only email and I need to use it.
