Unable to send emails in Outlook.com

For the past few days now, I cannot send emails from Outlook.com. This occurs in both IE 9 and Chrome. If I hit "reply" it does not auto fill the "To" field. When I enter addresses into the "To" field, it says the field is blank. I have cleared my cookies and nothing works. I need to use this account for some work emails and this is killing me.

I pressed archive in Hotmail and have lost an important email. How can i retrieve it ?

I need to recover my old hotmail account, I stoped using it because I couldn’t find a way to recover it

My other hotmail account has been hacked (the one i use normally) and i cannot get back in….help me?

Basically i went to sign into my other hotmail address that i use on a frequent basis and it said "Looks like someone else is signed into your account" and it said i had to try a couple of things to sort it so that it knew i was the real owner of the account basically.

I went to reset password and it wouldn't let me put this email in as the other email for them to send the details of the password change, instead it said "we will send this to these accounts......kj*****@hotmail.co.uk", this is not an address that i am familiar with at all.

The next thing it said *if i couldn't do that* was to fill in a form, but some of the questions it asked i was forgetting some answers and details i gave when i made that account.

That email is important to me and i just want it back, can anyone help me??

I keep getting this error msg when I try to send/receive email  Three days now!

cannot access account, get message that account does not exist

I created an account and uploaded documents in 2012. Now get message that account does not exist. I created a new account so that I could use the help feature to contact you. Can open that Account (with same email id) but no documents exist.

how do i incorperate my three hotmail address so I don’t have to sign in out all the time of all three

how do I get all three Hotmail addresses into one so I don't have to sign in and out of everyone everytime I check the mail. Outlook as usual caused another problem for me. I use to just sign in one and the others came up and just a click on them and I could get into the address.

I have a sbcglobal.net account that was sending and receiving perfectly in my outlook.com until 7/30/2013. It was hacked by an alias dancer_lkg4_dancer which I removed and created a NEW 15 character password. ATT and Yahoo both checked with me and cleaned all points out of my email. I can send and receive in yahoo, but can only send in outlook 2013. I went in to outlook to edit my account. No luck. I then tried to delete it and reenter. No luck again. I now can only send and not receive. I have checked all parts of my account, settings, and have talked to SEVEN people to try to fix this. HELP!!
