I cant verify my Microsoft account (which has seemingly been blocked for no reason) because it says that I need to fill in more information but the fact is that I didn't put any more information when the account was made.
To be honest my sister made the email for me about 10 years ago when i was like 5 so yeah.
I ain't lying but it makes me mad to see that hotmail says that someone might be using my account and sending thrash messages but I know that's not true because I never sended any freakin' email with that and I kept track in case of these might happen... I
used my email only to sign in to some websites and those hasn't been hacked/used so what the ****!?
Only thing that I can verify is my goddamn name and older passwords but the email that they sent me keeps saying everytime: "I'm sorry but we can't verify that the account is yours etc..."
And the other solution was to sent the verification code to some other account which I don't even have or never made(the one that had first two letters and then ********) so GJ.
Please help. :(
New phone 3 days old. HTC Desire X, HTC Sense version 4+ Android Version 4.1.1 UK user with Talk Talk
Outlook works with no problems on WIFI but will not do anything on mobile network and will not sync even if I refresh manually. It shows the last connected time. I can eventually get it to show a 'connection error' when I want to view a message with lots of data. I have checked all the settings and quiet time etc to no avail.
Gmail works with no problems send and receive emails no problems with gmail, I can search the internet with no problems and I can download apps with no problems.
I reset phone to factory settings and only installed the Outlook app again from the google andoid app website. I have not installed anything else to make absolutely sure that nothing is interfering with it.
Any Help would be appreciated.

It's been like that for about a week now. My MX records are fine as they are working on one of my other domains. (I did have a problem with the domain which you sorted (rude word.....)).

My hotmail account has been repeatedly hacked. I have managed to track the ip address of the person who is doing this. The person is known to me. Is this a chargable crime? Can I call the authorities and have this person charged with entering my email
accounts? Please advise about the proper way of handling this. I have the ip address of the hacker.

I am a UK user with TALKTALK using HTC Desire X Android Version 4.1.1 HTC Sense version 4+
New phone received Wednesday 31st July. Installed apps including Outlook.com from google site. Set up okay Able to receive send synchronise contacts when on wifi (which is perfect) and emails received instantly but get nothing at all when using mobile data only. It will say the last time it connected to my Hotmail account but refuses to sync even when I press the refresh button manually. I tried to open a very long message and pressed the link (read full 16.00B) and got connection error.
gmail works with no problems at all sending and receiving email using mobile data, I can also search the web and download apps using mobile data.
I reset to factory settings and reinstalled only outlook.com from the google site just in case other apps were interfering but still have the same problems.
I would appreciate any help please.

Hi can you help please I collect all my e-mail through Windows Live which up until today worked fine,but it will not connect & I cannot collect my e mails through it I have contacted my ISP & they tell me it is a Microsoft issue so can anyone help me with
this.

Answers thus far haven't helped; I'm still having problems attaching files to Outlook's lousy Email . . . I didn't have this problem with Hotmail. I'm using Windows IE8 and Windows XP.
