Windows Live Mail Error code ID: 0x800CCC0E

I've had this error code for 3 weeks and I can't send emails, but I can receive.  I've called my ISP and it's not Road Runner.  My SSL is secure, but I also have a socket error:  10060.  Please I need help to get this finally resolved.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

Please post an instruction manual on why files would disappear from my main folder to the RECYCLE trash folder, and how to not let skydrive to trash files without asking…thank you

I was going nuts tying to send backups of my Maximizer program, a CRM, to skydrive...they kept disappearing...then caught the post about checking the recycle function...found my missing files there...but have no idea why or how they were going from my main folder to the damned recycle folder....they were totally identified as xxxx.bak files...should have just been left alone

 

OVERALL I THINK YOUR INSTRUCTION AND ASSISTANCE SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS...WHAT ARE YOU PEOPLE DOING? JUST MAKING IT UP AS YOU GO ALONG?

Upgrading Microsoft Money

We have used Microsoft Money 2005 for a long time, but when we moved to a new computer, we couldn't move the program across as we had lost the disk.
The only thing I could find was the 'Sunset' versions.  The problem was that the old files are not recognised by the 'Sunset' version.  We have tried contacting Microsoft but they just told me it was "obsolete" and that I should go here to find an answer.
I only then found that there is no place to ask questions about the product here either, and I have had to choose a different product to post on.
What should I do now?

I got an email sending a code to verify my wife's email address. She did not request any code.  Was her email hacked?

Maximizer backup (.bak) files

I keep trying to backup my Maxmizer files to skydrive..they are there for a little while and then they disappear...please help. Maximizer is a CRM program, it uses a microsoft platform, so therefore I'm pretty sure the bak file is an accaeptable file format...but they just keep disappearing...what ami I doing wrong.  Thank you for your help!!!

Unable to login using chrome

I am using the Windows 8.1 Preview and when I open chrome and go to outlook.com to sign in to my MS Account it just redirects to the same page. There are no error messages that appear. If I try in IE it works just fine.

Changed live account email , now can’t login on my GFWL games

i can log into games for windows live client , xbox.com , but when im on the game and try login i cant :( pls help 

I want to POP from an Hotmail (or ‘otmail ..) account to an Outlook of that not very different specifes. Outlook refuses and insist on ‘mind-melting’ with the ‘otmail account ..

I want to POP from an Hotmail (or 'otmail ..) account to an Outlook of that not very different specifes. Outlook refuses and insist on 'mind-melting' with the 'otmail account instead. Is this the expected behaviour ? Is there a way round this seemingly unnecessary blockage ? It is not necessery to write me about changing a whole Hotmail account to Outlook, because I do not want to do it. If you are intent on replying anything, PLEASE READ what you presume you "know" or "have read" and correct any of your incorrect assumptions.
