My wife's Outlook email account was hacked and blocked and the hacker is still sending out requests for money. We have tried to fill in validation form to reset password but to no avail. Either there is no answer or it says server is having a problem.
Our 1st priority would be to stop the hacker from sending out requests and then it's important to access the account.

I have always loved Microsoft...not so happy atm... I was happy with hotmail on my iPhone. I logged on to my microsoft windows 7 laptop and changed from my wonderful HOTMAIL to OUTLOOK. I thought - ok - i need to update my iphone settings/mail
wtih this new password. UGHHH... I was unable no matter what to get into it on the Iphone 4S. After internet searches, i deleted hotmail on my phone and re-entered info several times. Still say username/password issues... After giving up, days later, i
saw a post to access on safari. I did that. no luck. Then FINALLY, yesterday, i was able to get to my hotmail on Safari - they finally gave me those stupid letters/numbers in a combo and format i could actually read - sorry i am over 50 - and yes! I was
into email/hotmail now outllook on Safari. I could not access email - mind you - it brought me to the account settings and for the life of me i saw no where to click to get to mail. So i thought...let's change the settings on email on the phone and YES!!!
i got into email on my iphone through the mail icon, not safari. So i THOUGHT all was good until i went to my laptop. When i input the username and password i had JUST CREATED AND HAD FUNCTION ON MY PHONE....... now i get the same error on the laptop!!!!
it says: "That password is incorrect. Be sure you're using the password for your Microsoft account." HELP!!!!!!!!!! do i have to make a new password everytime i access on one device and go to another!!!???? HELP!!!! very frustrated..

there is an alternative email that is not mine and i have no access to remove it
I've been having trouble getting my account unblocked. I've tried to reset my password but the email that I have is expired and I also tried to sign in using a code but I never get the code. Also I've tried to fill out the forum but I wasn't able to fill
in some of the boxes because I don't send emails and I've never created any folders and my credit card for my billing in now an expired credit card. I'm not sure what else I can do but I need to fix this problem. Any suggestions??
I created an email account with the wrong birthdate. The system took me to a permission page & i exited the page. Thinking i was starting over, i recreated the email account but received a domain message for the email address. So, i created an email account

I've been getting this message...when I follow through to check my other email where the code is SUPPOSED to be being sent to ...NO CODE. In the meantime I'm locked out of my hotmail/outlook account....I have been using this account without problem for
ten years why now all this security rubbish causing everyone nothing but problems. I have not changed my password or anything else.
