Not sure if problems related: outlook, hotmail and skydrive

As of yesterday I suddenly had three concurrent issues:

I tried to access my student email, which is an Outlook address, and received this message: "You're currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can't be used with Outlook.com. Please click here to sign out of your Office 365 account, then use another Microsoft account to sign in to Outlook.com (for example, your hotmail.com, live.com, or msn.com account)." This is a site I have bookmarked and that I am permanently signed into normally. My school IT dept says no-one else is having these issues.

I tried to open my SkyDrive and I get this message: "Your account has been shut down. Your account has been taken offline for suspicious activity or a violation of Microsoft’s Terms of Use agreement, such as containing photos or images that are in violation of the Code of Conduct. In many cases, the Online Safety team will send out warnings to the email account associated with the SkyDrive account or profile asking for the removal of the photos in question. Failure to do so will result in shutting down the account. In order to have your account reviewed for reactivation, please provide the following information." I have submitted to support requests and received no answer. 

I tried to open my hotmail account and was asked to re-set my password. Which I did. I don't know why I needed to re-set, and it has not helped the other two issues.

Please help. This is really frustrating.

I can't figure out how to reply to those who have posted answers to my query relating to the problem I have with MS Outlook inability to attach files to Email notes so I'll try to include a comprehensive note here.  I'm using Windows IE8 & Windows XP.  Installing Silverlight doesn't help.  The problem here is that sometimes I can attach a file (JPEG) to an Email note in Outlook and other times it won't attach and I've spent as many as 2-3 days trying to attach a file before I've succeeded.  Also, file size doesn't seem to make any difference as I've tried attaching a small file and it has failed as well.  I never had problems attaching files to Email notes in Hotmail, the problem started when I was switched to lousy Outlook.

Hi,

Since the linking of account has ended I've been unable to sign in to one of my linked accounts since I've forgotten the password as I've been so used to being able to access it from signing into just one account.

However the email address which it lists as the destination for a password reset link isn't one that belongs to me and I haven't received a word since I've submitted an online form requesting the recovery of my account.

More importantly, the categories which are listed in the form are all things I cannot answer - the account I want to get back into is for entertainment/personal emails such as subscriptions to blog updates, online shopping catalogues and for receiving notifications from Facebook, Tumblr etc.
I don't send any emails from it nor do I purchase anything with my Microsoft account so I cannot fill in details such as my "last sent to email addresses" or topics or my billing address.

I would appreciate it if anybody could offer me any routes I could take to recovering my password and account? I can offer the details of the emails that I do receive and I hope mods/admins can take into account that my current email and the other were both previously linked.

Email sending error in outlook.com

Hi , 
whenever i try to send / forward email using outlook.com i get the following error.
You can only have 5 attachments. Please remove some files and try again.

I get in the following cases :
1 - whenever i forward any of the email which contains images.
2 - whenever i attach pictures in new email.


what should i do ?

I did something in my account settings on xbox to where I have to use my Microsoft email and password to sign in. I know my email and password is correct because I signed in on Windows live with no problem with the same email and password. When I try and sing In on xbox it says "email adress or password isn't vaild for this profile" but I know all my info is correct,  please help
