Hi, I just got microsoft points and im going to buy GTA4: The ballad of gay tony for GTA4 on my pc. I click confirm download and a window pops up asking for the parental account password. I enter the correct password and a window pops up saying "cant sign
in to your windows live id, If the problem persists go to https://account.live.com. I dont know what to do can somebody please help. Thanks
By accident, I typed my password next to my email address, and now every time I type the first letter of my email address, a box drops down that shows this email with password attached. I have tried erasing browsing history and deleting form data and
passwords. The only thing I have not done is delete autocomplete of internet addresses, because it also affects many other things. What is the way to accomplish this on Outlook sign-in page?
I have deleted the contact and refreshed the birthday calendar. There is no related Facebook contact.

I just bought a new laptop with Windows 8. I have two emails which I use quite often. I am able to get into my msn.com email, but not my hotmail.com email. HELP!

My email account was hacked and all the recovery info changed so I cannot get back in. The hacker changed my password, alternate email address, phone number, security questions, etc. They proceeded to send an email to my contact list stating that
I am out of town and my purse was stolen and I need money. I am in fact on vacation right now so this email is quite believable to some of my contacts. I only hope they have not responded to this scammer. I also have important bank account info in my email
(I realize this isn't smart) that I'm afraid the hacker now has.
The first day I could not attempt a password reset because the system told me I'd already done it too many times and to wait 24 hours. I then submitted a support request and did not receive a response at all. It has been over 24 hours. I have since tried
to recover my account again and sent the validation form. I got a response rather quickly that it couldn't be verified and to try again. I tried again and now the response was that I should just make a new account. I tried to use the chat function and both
times the customer service team could not help me. I sent another request for support.
Who can I talk to? This is getting to be ridiculous that no one can help me reset my account so I can advise family that I was hacked and try to salvage my account. Letting a hacker have all my info for this long is unacceptable and no one at Microsoft
seems to care about this security issue. It has taken me a long time to even get this forum post to work. It keeps telling me to try again later.

may take a few minutes to complete the changes to your service. Please check back later." error message. its been 24 hours now and when i do nslookup its resolving correct information. i found my people had the same issue in this forum and i believe
it is something that you guys can fix.

As the title says, I want to change my Microsoft account from the current @gmail.com address to an existing @outlook.com, both my accounts. These are both Microsoft accounts.
I tried in the account option to rename or add an alias but I get the same error, "You can't use @outlook.com in your Microsoft account email address.". I searched on various website and on this one but I did not find any logic or specific answer.
I do not want my Gmail address anymore, I want to move to Outlook and use my @outlook.com address as my primary email.
If anyone can provide some info on this...

I recently upgraded SQL 2005 to SQL 2008 R2 in order for a business program to operate properly. However, since the upgrade, I am now unable to operate Windows Photo Gallery. The error message indicates that Photo Gallery can't start because Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Compact Edition is missing. It sends me to a link to install it, but if I install it, I fear that it will overwrite my version of SQL 2008 and I will lose the functionality of my business programs that require 2008. How do I get Photo Gallery to work with SQL 2008?

Is there a way to re-gain access to an outlook email address you have had for 10+ years when all the security features on the account have been altered by someone else? I have tried the reset password link several times and have gotten the message that
Microsoft was not able to verify my identity so I don't know what to do next but need my account restored as it is linked to my work email.
Why do I keep getting the "Please sign in again" message again and again, several times in the same day?
This sometimes happens within an hour of having done a sign in.
This is getting very annoying!
