My email messages will not download

How can I sign in now?
I am trying to close my account but when I get to the final step of process, it states "This option isn't available for your account" - I would like to close ASAP as there have been unauthorized spam mailings going out from
this address.
I have been locked out of my hotmail account for a few months now and have been using another account with a different provider as I haven't had time to properly address this one being blocked, but as I will soon be flying with tickets that were sent to my hotmail account, I really need to get back in to this account.
I have been told that someone has entered the wrong address too many times, have gone through and requested a code to be sent to my phone via phonecall or text (which has never come through) and have made two attempts to retrieve my account through filling out the account survey but have had no success as apparently I didn't have enough details - probably related to the fact I receive a lot of promotional emails to this account and don't know the email addresses or subjects of these emails, and that I rarely send emails. I would really like to retrieve numerous personal emails that are in this account and be able to use it again, and am looking for someone in the help desk to assist.

I seems that I've lost all(!) of my old e-mails from my Hotmail account after it migrated to outlook.com.

this is important, firstly, my facebook account was hacked, and someone is impersonated me,i want to reset my facebook password so it sent link to my hotmail BUT i had forgot my email password!!!
i never use my email to send mail, after time through i forgot my passwordd.

I have a Hotmail account and forward mail to another account.
It would also be convenient if I could configure WinMail via POP so that I can send messages from webpages. However, I do not want to download messages to my pc.
Can anyone advise
POP and smtp addresses needed.

I was trying to change my Xbox account to another email account using the alias function. It wasn't working as it didn't let me use the .hotmail domain to change it.
Anyway during my time trying to change the alias without really understanding what I am doing I somehow managed to delete my email account, or it has been changed to a new account. The thing is I didn't want to do this and now all my emails that were going
to the deleted account no longer arrive, websites I signed up with (like Twitter) no longer recognise the email, I am signed up to a few sites with the email but now it has gone.
Is there any way to recuperate the email address? I tried logging back in but it says the account doesn't exist, I try to create an account with the same email I had and it says it isn't available.
Please help :D
