Why when I sign in lately I cannot go directly to my email the past couple of days this has happened, after trying to close out and login again several x’s I will get to my email everytime.

What should I do I don't know if someone else has control of my account or not?  I have trouble with my other email accounts where I have had to signin, could not and get a new password.  Is my accounts being invaded or what?  I did at one time have to network but I finally got an adapter.

Hello I wondered  if  you could  help me.  I am currently dealing with a case  and need some information.  I want to find out  if these email addresses are still active and if  not when they  became inactive/deleted. Sharing Photos from Skydrive

In the past I was able to select several photos from a skydrive photo file without using email attachment which was limited. This allowed me to send selective photos from the file and email them easily without sending the entire file.  I seem to be unable to do this since Outlook took over, not sure why you are forced to send the entire file to view.  This was such a nice feature and  it was so easy to use.  Am I missing something?

  1. When was the account renamed? (Estimated Date and Time)
No Idea.  I just logged in today for the first time.

  2. Did the data loss occur right after renaming or was the data still there for a brief time?


    Same as above.  They were there when I logged in about 60 days ago.  They are gone today, and it is the 1st time I have ever logged in.


  3. Did you have issues logging in before noticing data loss – did you have to reset his/her password? No

  4. Did you click on any link before the issue occurred? \ NO

  5. Did you try to close/deactivate the account before the issue occurred? No.

  6. Did you have issues logging in before or after renaming your account? No.

  7. When was the last time you logged into your account? Not sure, but you should have access to that information.


    I have lost quite a bit of sensitive business information and contracts...

So since i was inactive for 2 years, hotmail deleted my old account. But when i try to remake it with same name, it wont allow me.
can i get.my old account back, or new one with same name?

Office 365 email???

When I try to access my account, I am unable to because it says I am logged into an Office 365 email account (which I am not).
