“We think somebody else might be using your account”, no password for linked account and insufficient information provided to questionnaire

This is the second time this has happened to me at a crucial stage where I am waiting for job application responses.

 

I tried signing into my account and it says they think somebody else might be using it. They give me an option to send my verification email to an email address so old that I barely even recognise it let alone remember the password. Or there's the 'I can't verify my account' option where you fill out a questionnaire. On the numerous times I have filled this out I receive a response saying the information I provided was insufficient in order to regain access to my account. I don't know what else to do and would strongly appreciate some help or guidance to my other options.

 

When I am next able to sign in I will be sure to change all my security information and make an alternate email address so that if this ever happens again I won't go through this stress over and over again.

Account blocked…. cannot access alternative email and forgot security answer

My e-mail account has been blocked but the email address used to verify my account i no longer have access to. I have submitted a form for account recovery several times but i have been told i have not supplied enough information. I have had the account for over 5 years and cannot remember my security answer and i don't use xbox live nor do i use subject boxes so a lot of boxes on the form are left blank. It is important i get this account back all my important contacts are on there.
what do i do to gain my old email account back?

Adverts appear when signing in to Outlook and are then in my inbox.   I do not want them, but can not get rid of them?

Custom Domain: Removed User but his aliases persist

Hi folks,

I'm managing a custom domain name on Outlook.com. I used wlalias and Outlook Aliases tools to create aliases specific for the domain (postmaster, webmaster, abuse etc.). It worked the first time on the user. 

But I had to delete the user for some reason and created a new one. However, each time I try to add the postmaster/webmaster aliases back to the new account, it fails with Error 9003: Passport Error. The original account linked with these aliases no longer exists...

Is there any way to fix this?

Since the compulsory switch from Hotmail to Outlook I no longer have all of my old mail in my inbox.  Please advise how I get this back.

printer cannot print beyond first page on email texts

I no longer can print beyond the first page of a multi-page item that was sent to me by a friend.  It merely prints the first page again when I purposely ask to print page 2 or more.  Does anyone else have this problem, and what can be done about it?  It only effects my email.  I can print multi-page items from my own copies outside of email.
