Question about Outlook Express

After a certain 'length' of an email - namely anything more than 2 paragraphs, I can't finishing composing them - punctuation will not work - the keys are not recognized.  I'm forced to save as a draft and go back into it to finish - and even then it's amazingly slow and tedious.  All text is selected and highlighted - even tho I didn't manually do that.  This continues to be a problem - I HATE IT.  ANY HELP YOU CAN GIVE ME???????

I'm often away at my daughters (grand-parenting duties), and I use her PC (WIN7) to log into Hotmail (Outlook) .I've discovered that, even though I log off, my name and password are automatically filled when I go to log in. I have gone into Firefox options and taken the appropriate steps against cookies, caches etc; ditto Explorer and that dang autofill...STILL, every time I go to log in, I don't have to; all I have to do is tap the sign-in button! I don't have this problem on MY home PC - Please - help me stop this madness! Thank you.

Yesterday I was prompted to enter some security code. I tryied option to send it to ma account but without that code I couldn't read my e-mails. Then I tried sending it to a different mail but in process somehow my account got lost. I really need my account since I'm using htc8x I now left without contacts a all my data. Please help me regain my account.
