The telephone number listed on my account is outdated. When I try to change it, as well as other pertinent information on the account (i.e. it's time for my annual pymt) I receive instruction that for security reasons they first need to text or call me with a security code.....but of course I don't have that telephone number anymore. When I call Microsoft, I receive a recording that tells me I don't have access to customer service (SIGH).

Is there a public API I can use to create rules for filtering my email on Outlook.com? I found the Live Connect API, but that doesn't seem to provide any interface to create, edit, or even view a rule.
I've been using Outlook to apply filtering rules to my email, but the problem is that Outlook applies these rules client-side and there is a delay for these rules to take effect when viewing email on my phone or another computer. Frequently, it results in duplicate messages being created. If the rules were applied on the server, this problem would be avoided.
I have filtering rules applied to around 1000 email addresses. It is not realistic to try and duplicate these rules using the current web interface for creating a rule.
Better than an API would be if the Outlook Hotmail Connector were updated so that when rules are created in Outlook, they are run on the server.
After hours of work, SkyDrive does not sync.
I've reinstalled it completely many times.
I've applied all known Windows updates.
I've emptied my SkyDrive multiple times and gotten all my docs in SkyDrive.
I've restarted my computer.
I've restarted SkyDrive.
I've forwarded log files to Microsoft.
I've done everything recommended by Microsoft except making changes to the registry.
SkyDrive won't sync existing or new files.
