Is there any way of increasing the limit of recipients that can be included on a single email from an @live.com address?

Hello,

I was told to post my issue here for the Microsoft Support Moderators to address. I first brought up my problem to the Online Safety Team, but they referred me here to post my question. My issue is that I tried to log into my Skydrive account the other day but saw a warning that it was shut down due to a Microsoft Terms of Use violation.

To go back to the beginning, I recently changed phones. My original Nokia Lumia had a cracked screen, so I switched devices with my mother's Nokia Lumia phone. A Verizon Store employee swapped our SIM cards, and now my mobile number is hooked up to her physical phone, and vice versa. I had to reset her phone (that is now mine) to clear off her data in order to be able to download apps. I tried to log into Skydrive the other day to access my mobile pictures and that's when I saw my account was shut down.

Also, I don't know if this is related, but a second issue came up today when my camera stopped being able to save pictures that I took into my Camera Roll album. It wasn't until I restarted my phone that the pictures finally came up in Camera Roll, but when I tried to take photos again, they wouldn't save unless I restarted my phone a second time. Also, even when I look back at the photos in my Camera Roll, there's a solid bar that blocks out the bottom portion of the image. Is this issue possibly related to my SkyDrive account problem?

Please let me know how these issues can be resolved and thanks so much for your time & help.
Windows Live Mail wants to break up my 18.3 mb jpeg message.

This happened for the first time today.

The result is about 50 messages with non readable.
How can I get my account unblocked? I have tried every procedure you have put in verification codes and still nothing. Wouldn't allow me to send out an email, received an error message saying there was suspicious activity. Nope was trying to send an email, absolutley nothing else was going on. Trying to get this resolved is crazy when you cant get any help!
This makes the Outlook.com calendar almost useless. My Outlook 2010 calendar subscriptions update almost instantly. It would be pretty easy for MS to either allow us to set up our update times manually or set one up for 1-2 hours that would make the Outlook.com Calendar more useful.
I would like my account deleted permanetely...

I just verified that the user's credit card has a $10 transaction via the Microsoft online support chat. The Manage Storage page shows only 7GB of storage.   The user assumed that the upgrade was complete, because the credit card had been charged, so the user used the Mac app to sync 23Gb of data to Skydrive.  After a day or so the Mac app said the sync was complete.  HOWEVER, Skydrive.com doesn't show the data.   The user put the local sync folders in the user's root folder on the Mac during the app installation, then moved the data to the folders for syncing/uploading.  New files created on Skydrive.com do not sync to the user's local folders either.

Why does Manage storage only show 7GB and where is the data?
