Since hotmail changed to outlook it is very frustrating, I have no option to stay signed in and need to resign in constantly! Please advise how to fix this ridiculous problem! I am on an iPad if that makes a difference.
How do I cancel my ad-free outlook subscription but not my basic hotmail? Every time I try it puts me into the help section then comes up with nothing? If I finally do find the way to cancel the paid subscription will I still get to keep my email account
but just as the basic one? I have a lot of important emails etc that I need to keep in there.
Also, I got a notice that it was renewing and tried to cancel it then, but couldn't. Then it renewed automatically but was with an old defunct credit card which had expired - I got a notice that it had expired so was expecting some contact, hoping then
I would be able to cancel and resolve but I didn't. Now under transactions it shows that it was paid, how can this be? Will it have reactivated my old Credit card? I hope not, as it's from the UK and I'm now living in New Zealand! I have a wee baby in the
house so don't have time to spend hours searching for something as simple as cancellation and I don't see how keeping it so vague and hard to do can be legal at all. It should be a simple and transparent process!

I hope someone can help me, I have been trying to get into my Hotmail account which I have had for many many years. When I try to log in or the matter of fact do anything else i.e.: change password etc. iI get the message back to say this account does not exists. I really need this account and I have been trying everything for the past 5 days. I have called number twice which supposed to help you with your issues, the first time I called they said my laptop is full of viruses and wanted me to by security for a minimum of £200, apparently mine wasn't good enough. I ave run a scan I had no viruses. I have just called this number again and the man has confirmed that I have been hacked but wanted £65+ to put it right.
If someone could contact me and help me retrieving my account I would really really appreciate it. The email I cant get into is: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

I lost around 25 gb because of it.
My old emails are all gone. I did not delet them. How can I can them back? they are very important to me! Please help
cannot empty junk mail box. Do not like outlook.Ever since change from hotmail been one problem or another. It is not right that I am forced into the change.What happened to choice?
