I am not being able to regain access to my hotmail account. I have tried many times to complete the questionnair but it was not successful. I have contacted Microsoft support team through chat and nothing worked out. I have completed and submitted an escalation form nothing worked out. I need support to regain access to my hotmail account since it contains critical and sensitive information. Many thanks
Is there a way I can use SkyDrive to save my photos and personal videos and then delete them from my hard drive to free up space on my hard drive as my storage is almost full

I have just logged into my hotmail email after a few months of inactivity and discover I am now on outlook and everything is gone. All my emails, all my folders - the only thing I can find is my contacts.
I have searched the internet for an answer - I have already checked the deleted messages, archive, junk, sent. I opened in 2 different web browsers - NOTHING!
Please help me with this.

I was forced to switch to outlook it seems...I only have 1 welcome email from Outlook.com. I am so devastated. I have had this account for over 10 years and I have emails in there that I need recovered!!

Some advice needed here on software applications which can access my hotmail email.
I have installed on my work PC the outlook hotmail connector which allows me access to my personal hotmail. Subsequently I turned on 2 factor authentication for my hotmail, meaning I use the Authenticator app to type in a code after supplying my normal hotmail username and password.
Outlook, on the other hand, is still syncing with my hotmail account and collecting emails - meaning that the additional security is not being applied here.
This seems like an enormous security hole - If someone got hold of my hotmail account credentials and password, they could presumably use this menthod to get access to my email, and avoid 2 factor authentication altogether.
Can someone please clarify how I can make my applications (like outlook) secure with 2 factor authentication enabled.

Bit strange, i can't see any old email's before 07-2010 in my inbox and as well as in sent folder. My id *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. please advise how to retrieve. Is there any mail aging policy is there in hotmail? Is there anyway to contact the hotmail email support
on this issue??
I just made an email that I deleted a while back but now I'm getting this message. But it brings me to this message saying, "Call us overprotective, but we need to verify that [****@*******.com] is yours. Before you can continue, you need to check your
inbox for a message from the Microsoft account team. Follow the instructions in the mail to finish setting up your account." But how can I verify my email if I can't get into my email in the first place?!

It is now over a 10 days since I have been able to access my email address and it is costing me my business.
My computer had auto-sign in and i never had to remember my password. I have used the account for many many many years.
I have, as requested, filled in six or seven questionnaires with the greatest of care. All have been rejected.
i have had several emails from "Microsoft Customer Service Representatives" but i am still struggling.
I have followed all links to the support forum and tried to find an answer . however many of the links are no longer valid.
i am in South Africa and i dont know if the sms option works.
I am now desperate,as I don't know what else to do.
Please can someone help me reset the password
