i'm still able to login to my account.
i've also tried the recovery form and was able to verify my account bust still getting the same problem.
please help me.
I just installed iTunes 11 after my son removed it from my old computer and now it won't let access my itunes. It tells me the file iTunes Library.itl

I created an alias for my email address and now I can no longer sign in to my account to view mail. when I attempt to login the following message appears "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now". Also any emails sent to either my original address or the new address get "undeliverable" replies.
How can I fix this issue?

My Windows Live Account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) has been locked and i have tried resetting my password I have called customer support several times and no one is getting back with me to help me get it unlocked? I was told to try going to this forum that someone
might be able to help me here i was also given a SRX number. Is anyone able to please help me get it unlocked ? Also when I tried the account recovery service it only has a very old email address of mine that has not been active in over 6 years.

Someone shared a folder for me and I added the folder to my SkyDrive and everything works fine.
I want to "Get Link" for files or folders in this folder, but the option is not available for me. I only have this option on my own folders.
Is it because of my permission on this folder? If so, there a higher access level than "Can Edit" to allow the share recipient be able to "Get Link"?
