the last two days can,t open my email msges.  but when I open my husbands email.  no problem.

It seems to be running and trying to let me open my mail. but doesn,t show the bar with delete new. on it

cant upload projects from movie maker to youtube

Lately, every project I complete and try to upload to YouTube gives me a window stating Unknown Error and at the top of the window says YouTube Plug-in error... Any thoughts on possible fixes?

PLEASE HELP! I cant sign in and can’t remember enough to reset.

Hi, my phone was stolen with all acct info  inside so I quickly changed all passwords. I can't rember passwordes to my Hotmail and alternate (yahoo) email accts. I've moved 10+  times in the last 3 yrs and am not sure how to answer the questions on the form. I've tried twice and still haven't been able to gain access. I saw a similair thread, but it was solved via a "private message".

How can I speak with a live person tyo prove my identity?

we’re unable to find skydrive folder

I have been using Skydrive for 6 months on my Macbook with no issues.  Went through upgrading OS X, went through updating Skydrive program and no issues.

Today, I started getting the error "we're unable to find skydrive folder" and a request to restart skydrive.  After about 2 seconds the request window closes.

Can't get skydrive program to run.

My work login password was changed yesterday.  The tech deleted my keychain to change the password.  Caused lots of issues.  However, skydrive worked after that, but for less than 24 hours.  I mention in case it is related.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Skydrive with no success.

I have read through the FAQ and tried looking at the user path, but I have never changed that so I didn't even know what to try there.

I love Skydrive and I love my Macbook.  Any help resolving the issue would be greatly appreciated.

I need help with adding an alias to my account. My current email address is one which I no longer have access to. Unfortunately, I had previously created and deleted an account under the email that I would like to use. When I try to add it to my account, it says that the email address is already taken. I would just change my email, but it is an established account which I cant afford to get rid of. The Microsoft support agent I talked to said that this email is now blocked from being used, even though the account it was under no longer exists. Can someone please help me to add this address to my account?

In middle of writing an email, font decreases in size. Have tried everything, nothing seems to help

Font is set to Calibri, size 12.  Email starts out in correct font, but changes to a much smaller size, perhaps an 8 without any reason.  I am a proof reader for an instructor who is writing a new manual and my replies to him start out correctly but diminish so much in size that it is hard to read.

Outlook.com contacts do not sync

Since the 27th of June my outlook.com account will not sync contacts with my phones. I say phones because I have an iPhone and a Windows phone (Nokia Lumia 920).

 

On the 27th all my contacts disappeared off the Windows phone and shortly thereafter from my computer as well. And then much later, the iPhone as well. Since then, after numerous resets and posts to other threads here, the problem persists. I cannot count on my contacts to sync using that account. Email and calendar are fine.

 

The only reason for this thread is to try to get some action on my account. There are more threads about this. Other people are having issues as well.

 

The problem is with some individual accounts and we hear that support staff are working on our accounts, but after a period of days or weeks with no news or changes, it is left to me/us to wonder what is happening.

Skydrive files missing

My wife was having trouble with her Windows based phone and the knuckleheads at the Verizon store said they would back it up and reset it.  They backed it up supposedly to the SkyDrive, reset the phone, but when you go to the SkyDrive there are no files there, any place I can look for her missing files, mostly pictures and text messages
