I had two linked hotmail accounts and now one is not accessible. How can I access it? I know the passwords for both but keep on being told the second one is incorrect. Please help. Thanks!
When I try to initialize skydrive in my Mac, a get a windows with this message: It is necessary update Skydrive, to follow using Skydrive, you should to install an update. an two bottoms, Exit to SkyDrive and Get the Application.
I had uninstalled Skydrive a lot of times and installed at least 5 times, and I get the same message.
Please help to get the answer of this problem.

first time to post here but because of this wired problem the chat which is connected to Facebook was working well but two days and till now it just keep on sign in nothing more i checked the service and it's working Facebook is working too i flushed dns and deleted recent history on both Firefox 23 and ie 10 and deleted cookies uninstalled and installed them again but the problem is still there can't sign in chat
any ideas ?

My first request for support got me a reset password link.
This kept giving me the 'temporary error' message.
I tried a couple of suggestion I read on this forum.
1. Try opening the link on another computer
2. Try opening the link in another web browser.
I tried both of these ideas and get the same message.
Then I kept trying to get support and ended up filling out a verify personal information form.
This got successfully verified after a day or so. So in theory my account was reset.
The message from microsoft that said I was now verified contained another reset password link.
But this link also gave me the 'temporary error' message.
I have searched for support options and this forum really is the only option I am currently aware of. I wish I could get some more significant support because, unfortunately my email is crucial for my life and what I am currently doing. I can't spend too many more days without my email functioning. It will have serious consequences for me.
Please let me know what support option there are in this hotmail email account universe.

I keep getting,(usually 6 or more per day) , spam in my windows live inbox, for selling a certain kind of pill. There are many different senders listed and, in fact, once it even gave my name as the sender. I've blocked many of the sender names and
domains and have tagged many of the repeated words in the emails to mark as spam. I still keep getting the spam. what can I do. I've called my ISP and they said that it's up to windows to deal with this but I don't know how to make that happen. Help me,

I wanted to copy an e-mail to a file. I asked the option list for a solution. I had three choices, html, plain text and rich text. However, after I successfully downloaded the content into a Word document and printed it, the Reply and Forward commands
through my file into one of the three optional modes and sacrifice the thread into a jumble of markers and letters. I can actually see the messages, separate them, but still too many > signs and other confusing bits added in. How can I default back to the
original format?
When I click on insert and select attach a file, then click on the file and open, it will put it in the email and send it, but the receipents cannot open it. Also, it shows up as a grey box, when I copied the file, scanned it and then attached the scan
it showed up as an orange box, and the receipents were able to open it? What do I need to do differently?
Where are the filters that we used to have, that would keep **** emails out of your junk box altogether.? We used to be able to indicate certain words that would filter stuff from even getting into your junk mail.
