How can I change my email address for my Office account. This account has an Office 365 University purchase on it with other perks.

I recently tried to sign in to my account but received an error saying that my password was incorrect.
I was able to successfully reset my password, however when I login to my account and try to change the Security Information (i.e. alternate email address, security questions, etc) I receive the following message:
You recently updated your security info
We have a waiting period for the updates to take effect. On 9/8/2013, we'll delete your old security info:
**********@hotmail.com
Once this is deleted, you'll be able to verify your account with info you have access to. If you didn't make the updates, or if you still have access to the above info, cancel the updates.
This is NOT my email address (note: I removed the actual email address above for security reasons). I assume it is the hackers who tried to hack me.
Can this address please be deleted ASAP? I am worried he / she can reset my password again as their email address is listed on the account.

I seem to be having some trouble with my SkyDrive app (modern UI and desktop) on Windows 8.1. I had a problem where a file wouldn't sync, so I tried copying it and deleting the old one. That didn't work. So, I tried a disconnect/reconnect through the Skydrive website on the left column where it lists the device. I removed my
device from the list of PCs but now can't figure out a way to put it back on. There doesn't seem to be an option in the Skydrive Settings built into WIndows 8.1.
Is there any way to reconnect my Skydrive?

I can't get into my hotmail account.
Initially the account told me I had to get a code, which I did for my account and my husbands (we sent the codes to each other) and now it keeps telling me "it looks like someone else is trying to access your account".
I am having a lot of trouble trying to work it out.

I am trying to move an email from being an @gmail.com to @outlook.com, and I need to be able to transfer all the 100+ labels to become folders in Outlook, and would also show up on Outlook.com if I am not on my computer to access normal Outlook 2013.
I saw that a website called TrueSwitch would do exactly what I need, but it seems that it was shut down earlier this year.
Is there anything else that can do this, and for free?
