My email says if i do not respond I lose access in 4 days

Years ago I helped my loving old Mum set up her Hotmail account and once while visiting her down south I helped with a phone support with Microsoft she used to get phone support because she pays $14.95 a month for email and support.

 

Now she tells me that she has Outlook, no choice. Okay. Yesterday I got two emails from Microsoft saying I needed to go to a link and enter a security code. I called my old Mum, she's 78 years old and is having fits learning Outlook. Mum said she got warning messages but everything is working.  BUT she got this message from her Outlook account today that said in 4 days your going to be closed out of your account.

 

Her credit card is still being charged every month, is there phone support? Can anyone offer help on what to do to fix her account before the days run out? Help my Mum please

Hi,

I entered the wrong password too many times and now my account is blocked. I opened my account more than ten years ago and I have been using it intensely since then for personal and work purposes. I don't remember the answer to my secret question and have tried on muliple times to fill up the questions form without any success. When I first created my account, I didn't give any true information about my identity, I just entered fictive personal information radomly, so there is no way for me to remember what are the answers related to the identity. However, I can give other proofs that this account is mine since I know what folders I have created and approximately how many unread mail I have in my inbox, and also what files I have sent, etc. I also remember my old password that I was still using not too long ago.

I have VERY important documents and information that I need to get from my account as soon as possible. Please, is there any way to unblock my account? I'm desperate. What can I do? Is there anybody that I can talk to directly to find a solution to this issue? I was able to talk on the phone to an agent from Microsoft today (case number:  1213431017), but he wasn't able to help me, my account is still blocked.

Please help! I'm really, really desperate. I cannot lose the information I have in my account.

How do I get Windows Live back temporarily? I can't find a way in. There were 2 important folders that didn't transfer to Outlook.com and I need to find them.

Having trouble registering a custom outlook domain

Hi,

I'm trying to create a custom domain for my outlook.com account. 

One of the moderators on this forum has previously helped me by requesting that my domain be unblocked as a restricted word.

My domain is dminternational.asia

However, I'm now having issues with the mail setup (MX records) part of creating a custom domain.

From what I can see, the custom MX records is set up fine with my server/host and it is the only mx record currently recorded. There are no other mx records recorded.

I have let the changes propagate for over 48 hours and nothing has happened. I then left it another few days and still no change. It just says 'pending changes' 

So I tried switching to a new outlook.com admin account for the custom domain. But still with the same result. 

I really need this custom domain to be fixed because I am losing business while my email is down.

I have previously set up custom domains using outlook.com and had no problems. The only difference is that last time I was using a .com.au domain and this time my domain is .asia

Could this be the problem? Does anyone have the power to look into this?
