Issue with the edit settings page outlook.com

I sign in to account.live , and click on the profile picture choose edit setting to view my link account. The normal page must shown up my facebook and messenger contact on the right side but this time when I click on "edit profile everything is different the profile pic and everything are on the left side and it doesnt show my fb and messenger contact and I'm unable to view the details.

    xbox lost my original email address. how do i find it?

    years ago i had an xbox hooked up with a microsoft email address.  they say it does not exisit.  I need help to find my old email address so i can reset password and get back my sons gamer profile

    Forgot user ID/email address for my son. Am I out of luck? I know the day that I created it.

    I forgot my son's ID/email address on hotmail. I still know the password interestingly enough. Am I oout of luck? I know when the account was created.

    email contacts will not display correctly in Outlook.com

    All that appears is the top 10% of the icon or contact pic and the very top of the letters in their names.  Most annoying.  Changing my page view from max to min does nothing to help.

    Any suggestions?

    Hotmail forwarding can’t be disabled

    I can't seem to stop a previously set email forward setting.

    The setting was made in hotmail which is now Outlook but the name of the forwarding email was blank.

    I have checked the box don't forward and it made no difference.

    I have reentered the forwarding email address and left it there for 24 hrs, then removed it from the list and checked the don't forward check box.

    Another 24 hrs later and emails are still being forwarded.

     

    Any ideas are appreciated.

    Windows Live Essential installed nothing on my computer

    Hi, I'm using Windows 7 32-bit on my computer and I was trying to installed Windows Movie Maker, but no matter Version 2011 or 2012, when I started installing them, the download bar flies quickly and it pop up and said that the Photo Gallery and Movie Maker installed successfully on my computer. When I hit "Close" on the window, nothing happened. I try to find Movie Maker in the Start Menu, I found NOTHING. I thought I can reinstall the entire thing, but I even can't find Windows Live Essentials at the Programs and Features menu. 
    There isn't any single article can answer this question at the Internet. Can anyone help me? I've stuck for three months already.

    i have lost my microsoft account email address that i use with xbox.  i have talked to their people with no success.  i will supply you with as much info as you need to help resolve issue  Thank you
