Since I got switched to Outlook against my will, I can no longer click on things or pictures and e-mail them to friends or contacts. I get an error message but no explanation of how to fix or reset. Help!!! I hate Outlook by the way!

I downloaded the Outlook.com app on her new Android phone today and attempted to sign in with her credentials I received an error saying "We were unable to sign you in. Sorry you must be an Adult to do this" She prefers to use outlook.com over Gmail &

I was attempting to buy Office 365 and used my .edu email to receive the savings. In the process the .edu was accidentally applied to the Microsoft account of a family member rather than my own. Is there anyway I can get the student verification removed
from their account so I can use it with my own?
since installing office 365 on second laptop none of the programs will load at all not even in safe mode. I hate to keep paying for a program each month if I can't use it.
