I was fine using Hotmail on my Samsung Galaxy S4 until recently, Hotmail requires additional apps verification code. Then my S4 was not able to recognise the login/password combination.

My Hotmail account has been deleted some how as a result of trying to create a user on my new computer with Windows 8. I'm having to email you off my mums email as when trying to log on mine it states "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different email address or get a new account."
My account hasn't been deleted as a result of an inactive account as I sent and received an email just yesterday.
My Windows 8 User Account has been playing up and has therefore switched to a Local Account.
Please can you advise me on how I get my Hotmail account back as I have a lot of emails on that account that are needed. When trying to email my account all messages are undeliverable.
The account that has been deleted is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
You can reply back to my mums account as she will notify me.

I haven't been able to log in to my email because I keep getting this "The ActiveX control needs to be enabled in Internet Explorer for Outlook Web App to work correctly. Click here to sign out, enable the ActiveX control, and then sign in to Outlook Web App." So I go into Internet Explorer tools and notice it is turned on. It worked fine yesterday, but not
today.

I have forgotten my MS account password. So I tried to reset it, but I couldn't. I have created another account to use my Window 8. (This is the account I created. I cannot access the original account..)
However, whenever I try to install or change something, Window 8 asks for the original account password. I guess the original account which I forgot the password, it the main account that allows any changes.
When I try to reset the password on the webpage, it says my original account is incorrect.
I have checked multiple times if the email address is the same as what is shown in my Window 8 account.
However, I can't reset password because it keeps saying that the email account is incorrect.
Could you help me with this issue?

I'm wondering if someone can help me with my SkyDrive account as it has blocked on me , it comes up as to contact support that I'll have a 48 hour te frame to delete a photo that is not within terms of having SkyDrive , I only noticed this today as I haven uses my phone been on holidays tried to bring photos to SkyDrive and this its temporarily blocked someone please help me , I use SkyDrive as regularly change phones due to work and its important to me please and thanks .

I'm not quite sure what I've done but I've managed to lost all of my emails and folders....yet all my data has stayed the same eg name, date of birth and such.
Anyway can I get my emails back? I had quite a number of which where extremely important and could do with having.
