I have Charter as my email. However, outlook 2013 delete all my inbox mail and there is no way to recover. I find no way to restore these emails. My trash has no heading to restore email. How can this happen and why?
It used to be easy back with Outlook but with Windows Live Mail, I can't find a way to add multiple email addresses from a single email to one group contact. Is there a way to batch add that doesn't involve adding one at a time, and adding them to a group,
and hope I didn't miss someone?
Upgraded from Win7 to Win8 last year and never had problem with Outlook until recently. With Win7 I can access
everything in the folders. However, when I use Win8 Mail tile the contents in the first 5 folders is not available.
(Inbox-Draft-Outbox-Junk-Deleted). The following appears on top of screen - Unable to Sync. Am not very
technical and would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

I was looking out my Inbox and the next thing I know is that my email in my Inbox was gone. This has happen before but in an older verson. This leaves me with a big problem. There were important emails that I was still working on and now they are gone.

My 12-year old son has a windows live account for his Xbox live account. They want a security update but he doesn't remember the password to his windows account. When we try to reset, it asks a series of questions about his email which he also doesn't

My boyfriend enabled two-step verification on my hotmail account and now i can't get into my account because i do not know the email he put on it. I can only get through the first step of putting in the password but the second step stops me from getting

Been using Hotmail for years and I have three Hotmail accounts (a main account and two 'extra' accounts) and until recently used the linked accounts feature to bring them together which has now been withdrawn 'for account security reasons' - whatever
that means.
Trouble is when I try to add the two extra accounts to my main hotmail account to read all my email in one place I get a message saying "It looks like you're trying to add another Outlook account. Try linking your Outlook
accounts together to make switching between them fast and easy. " - the very feature which no longer exists - and get redirected to a page that says "Manage linked accounts: The page is unavailable or no longer exists".
Is this going to be fixed? How do we get around the "try linking accounts" nonsense that no longer even works?
I can't understand why MS would change features and leave stubs to the defunct features? Really frustrating.
All my emails have been deleted from my inbox. I was receiving my emails on Friday with no problem. I last accessed my online outlook account on
Thursday with no problem.
There were some emails still in a POP folder which I have been able to restore.
I can't really understand why they've all disappeared.
