The above e-mail add sent me 2 activation codes for my wife's e-mail account to my e-mail account. She did not request them. When she enters her account, there is a message saying  an activation code is required, though it gives her 6 days to enter it. Is this genuine?

When I connect my outlook.com and outlook 2013 on both my windows RT tablet and windows 8 on my laptop all the calendars other than the main calendar add a [1] to the end of it. This is not on my calendar on outlook.com and I can't change it in outlook. How do I fix this? Is anyone else experiencing this? I started a second account thinking maybe it was the account and they all do the same thing.

I have been experiencing the following issue for several months now and I am completely cheesed off! My contacts do not sync at all, or partially sync at best, to my laptop and iphone / ipad. On top, I am experiencing constant disconnects of the desktop Outlook 2013 to the Exchange. I have reported this in several threads, I was promised that someone is looking at the issue, but nothing!!!

I am sure that the issue is related to the account itself! The reason I say this, is that I have created a completely new account and guess what? it syncs across all my machines beautifully. The problem is that I do not want to have to change my previous email address and most importantly I have an annual subscription to Office 365, linked to my previous account - and apparently there is no way of "transferring the subscription to the new one!

Can anyone help with any suggestions? fix? anything?

Spell check does not work or is turned of on my outlook & hotmail accounts. How do I get it on again? I add that I use Firefox latest edition and that cache and temp. internet files are cleaned every day automatically.
I've setup Outlook.com to sync with my android tablet through exchange.  Calendar syncs fine, mail syncs fine, but my contacts only sync about 1/10th of my contacts that I have.  There is no rhyme or reason as to which contacts it has chosen to sync, all that I know is that all of my available contacts are not syncing.  On my iPhone all contacts sync fine, as well as using Outlook connector.  What do I have to do in order to get all of my contacts to sync in all places?
I'm trying to send out a mass email to my email list of over 250 people.  I received a message that i passed my limit.
however, it doesn't tell me what my limit is.  In the help screen it states that I could have a mobile number to verify, which i already have.
I need to know how to send this message the way it is or what the limit is so i can send two email messages.

Thanks.

I am trying to link my two Hotmail accounts in some way. I need access to both. Having them brought together in some way would be helpful. I have looked at the things posted and haven't found anything helpful yet. I know that 'linked' accounts have been terminated. I have tried creating an 'Alias', but outlook won't allow me to do it. I have tried to make a 'send / receive' account, but Outlook suggested that I 'link' them and sent me to a page that no longer exists. I called Microsoft, but....(you try and see what happens)...they ultimately directed me to this forum where I haven't been able to find a workable option.

One account is a paid account and one account is a free account.

Please help me.

Thank you

When I go to the initial login screen I type the first letter of my address. The address appears and I highlight it then go to the password and type it in and off I go. However an old email address beginning with the same letter also appears. I find this very irritating and I want to get rid of it.

Things I have done to try to get rid of it:

1. Clearing cookies.
2. Un-install Windows Live Sign-in
3. Right click offending email address
4. Examined regedit to see if it is in there.

None of these has made the slightest difference. Any suggestions?

I'm not receiving all my emails through windows live.  my internet provider says to contact microsoft because it's most likely an outlook setting problem?

I see the instruction in Help, below. But I don't see any 'People' menu item or button. What am I missing?
