Unable to access Hotmail Account

I have been trying to access my hotmail account over the past two days. I was able to change the password to the account but when I logged into it with that new password it was asking to send another confirmation email to an email that no longer exists/have access to. I need to gain access to the account. Please Help!!!

  "sign up error 450 you've reached the daily limit for creating microsoft accounts"

I cannot get my email on my phone

For about a week, I have been unable to get my email on my phone.  I keep getting a message that says "Invalid Server Certificate."  I have uninstalled the email account, and now I cannot reinstall it.  I am getting an error message that says "The certificate from the server is not validated."

I received today in the morning sms in arabic that says ( code to verify microsoft account : ####### ) !!

I was sleeping and i never asked for the code and i don't know what is this code used for  ??

 

one more weird thing is that my mobile number is not updated in my profile!! so my mobile number is not associated with my account!!

 

unable to delete certain junk mail in inbox b/c email addy undeciferable and not in contact list

I have recently been getting spam in my inbox that is also automatically adding itself to my contact list.  I don't understand how this can happen.  With  most I just go to my contact list and delete them.  However some of the spam has no identifiable e-mail addy just a very long string of indecipherable letters that don not show up in my contact list.  Is there a way to prevent this adding to contact list from happening?

 

Also, in my contact list  there are 5 red boxes with 1 random letter let in each of them.  What are they and why don't they have the checkmark box on the left so I can delete them?  Are the connected in some way to my first problem?

Outlook on Windows 8 Start sreen

I have been using Outlook for some months with windows 8. Outlook appears on my start screen but I have just created a new user for my wife and Outlook does not appear on her start screen. How can I get this please?

graphics in emails not fully displayed

When trying to open a newsletter with graphics in an email, only pieces of photos and little verbiage appear. When I click on the button for having problems viewing email it opens up something completely different.
How do I resolve this?
