I was wondering if I could retrieve an email from 2010. It would be great if it could be done. Greatly appreciate it.
Within the last couple of weeks, I have noticed that when I send a message to At&t text service, I get a reply that says unable to send for the past 4 hours, will keep trying until message is 5 days old. I can send them thru Hotmail and they go right thru. I can also send them thru the centuryel portal page and they go right thru. This only appears to be with At&t going thru windows live mail on my CenturyTel account. Other cellular texting messages appear to work just fine, example Verizon. Here is an example of a return mail.

After I open Outlook I can get maybe the first and second message to open and then nothing. I click on the messages and nothing happens. I have to close down Outlook and go again and repeat this to read all my messages. This occurs on all computers I have access to.

1. I would like to close my Microsoft Account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** so I can hopefully in a year merge it as a alias with my other (primary) acccount that all my stuff is on.
However I get this message when I try to close it out:
"You need to cancel any paid services or Microsoft Points account associated with your Microsoft account."
I looked around, I dont seem to have any paiservices, or points on this account.
2. Also, I would like my mark my calendar when this account ill be ready for recycle. Is it exactly 1 year? 365 days? I herd somewhere its really only 180 days.
I changed my primary alias from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and the password from spro3223 to ritz7863.. now I am not able to login my windows 8 machine as admin using the new alias X2, but I can login to outlook.com using same account. Can someone please
suggest the way out, either to change to a new primary account or to login to same account? I am not able to use my win8 machine for last 2 weeks .. please help!

I was able to verify that the *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account was a deleted alias of *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. If you want to revert back to your previous account name then you have to rename the account. Unfortunately, our system showed that you have renamed the account twice already.
Please be advised that you can only rename an account twice in 6 months and wait another 6 months to do another renaming. I would recommend that you contact Windows 8 support for additional assistance to your Windows 8 login concern.
