Hi, I use windows 8 on two and 8.1 on one of my machines, I just wanna make sure if you matched your music with Xbox's catalogue and sync it to the cloud via the music app whether any SkyDrive space has been taken? (the space with which have the control over).

I feel like after turning on this feature my storage quickly filled up.

Thanks

Please do on your end what is needed so I can then carry out your instructions for my end.
Thanks,
Carl

I have stopped getting e-mail from eFax domain. I assume that MSN is blocking them. It was OK until two days ago. It doesn't get to my spam. It is totally blocked. I need to add the domain:

*** Email address is removed for privacy ***

How do I do that ?

my e-mail: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

When I try to sign in to outlook.com, I get the following error message: "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now" (Google Chrome 27, Firefox 23 and Internet Explorer 10). According to https://status.live.com/, all services are "Running normally". My OS is Windows 8 Pro x86.

I've tried the following:
  • Singing in using different browsers (all browsers are the latest versions)
  • Clearing the browser cache
  • Disabling antivirus software
  • Rebooting my PC
  • Signing in on a different PC
  • Resetting my MS account password
None of that worked. I can sign in with another MS account, so it's not my browser or something else on my PC that's causing problems. Other services like Skydrive and Calendar work fine.

I've no idea why i can not access my emails ... I hope you can help me.
Hi

I recently set this up as below and it did not work. I got several people to check this by emailing me whilst I was away and they did not receive the auto mated response?

I followed the steps provided below on how to set up automatic holiday reply in Outlook:

1. Login your account to Outlook and navigate to your Outlook Inbox.
2. In the upper-right corner of the page, click Options, and then click More options
3. Under Managing your account, click Sending automated holiday replies.

4. Under Holiday reply, click Send holiday replies to people who email me.

5. Enter the message you'd like to send while you're away.
6. Click Save.

Please help this is very frustrating as people where unable to contact me regarding my business whilst away.

Can't sign into my email account being asked for a phone number, **** will freeze over first. Change password still no good the same one for many years this is a load of BS

Last night I received an email from a reliable email which took me to a Window's screen asking me to verify my email.  Stupidly, I entered in my pw (the screen looked like the new Windows screen ).  I knew within sec.s I had been hacked as I started to get emails from friends asking if I had sent this particular email.

I proceeded to send out to ALL my emails a "SPAM Hack Alert" telling all my friends to not answer the email sent by the hacker.  Once I did this I signed off.  When I went to go back on later last night I received a screen that read "Somebody may be using your account" and that I was to verify that I was whom I said I was.  I have tried various ways to verify myself and still I can't get into my account.  I am frustrated, and sick to my stomach that I could loose my files.  I have a year's of files from my husband while he was away in Afghanistan that I could potentially loose.

I really need help as I am not super computer savy.  I have had this account for years and never changed my pw.  We have moved around over 3 times in the last 10 years I am not sure anymore some of the information the computer is asking me as it was so long ago since I set up the account.

Is there anyway I can get a person on the line to help me through this as I feel I am going around in circles.

Hi.

I use a Windows 7 Phone.  It was complicated enough setting up the original synchronisation: Zune for music and photos etc then Windows Live "connector" for my Outlook e-mails and calendar.  All was fine until yet another Windows upgrade for something or other.  Now, my e-mails still come through onto the phone okay, but the calendars have stopped talking to each other!  That's the main problem I really appreciate help with please.  Whenever I put something in one calendar (PC Outlook or phone), it doesn't transfer over to the other like all the signes are telling me it is doing!

But also, whenever I originally got this Windows 7 phone and charged it in the house, pictures and videos would synchronise to the PC via WiFi and Zune.  Now not even that happens since the latest upgrade!  Sometimes the technology seems to take so many steps forward and jumps backwards :(
