local outlook client says my email address in unavailable and is not sending, receiving, or syncing.
I have a hotmail erroe on my Nokia Lumia 920. It says "we are having a problem with connecting to blu-m.hotmail.com. This is my Microsoft account - attention required; even if I enter my password.

for 3 weeks now i have tried to recover my email address.
before microsoft removed the single sign in for multiple accounts i can now only access one of my email, main one, but can't the others two.
doing pw reset process did not help because i can't recall any infos from when i created the email account.
i have already created a ticket/issue number to microsoft, but no joy, as they keep asking me to provide infos that i no longer know.
U can't stop people (genuine) from accessing their emails , with personals datas ect....
I NEED TO REGAIN ACCESS to MY ACCOUNT .

My mail was working fine until today when my Microsoft Account refuses to sync and keeps giving me the error code 86000C09 and says to contact support, it was and always has worked perfectly until now. It also says "we're having a problem connecting to blu.m.Hotmail.com"
This has always been my Microsoft account, please help.

As of 8:01EST today (8.14) I have not be able to see any emails from my iphone5. I had trouble at my work computer but that is working now but the phone is not. Can anyone tell me how to get this fixed?
