I logged into hotmail okay on Wednesday 7 August 2013. was unable to access my emails on Thursday. Was told my password was nor known yet it was okay. Finally I convinced them I was genuine after giving details of recent email subjects, some email addresses
I have contacted and names of some of my folders. Now luckily I do have my friends' email addresses but all my folders have gone. They did not transfer. How can I retrieve them/ I feel really fed up about this.
Today there was an issue with outlook. I could not access my email. You (microsoft) said that it would be resolve today. Since it's resolve I now Have access on my email on a computer again, but I lost all my email that were in my cell phone. I still have
my account on my phone and did not delete it. But I try to send me an email and it show on a computer but nothing pop up on my phone. I can't even send email with my phone it does not work anymore. Everything was working well up to this morning when you had

I just can't carry a computer everywhere with me to have access to my email. Why did I lost everything on my phone.
By the way the mail topic is not clear, I can't read or write email(they just dont go nowhere), I don't see my hold email anymore, they were there this morning before you application crash.
I change my passwords twice and still unable to login in my email, on my PV and my cell phone. I also deleted one other account to avoid problems with this servers.
I cannot access my Hotmail account on my iphone 4s. I can access my live account, but not my hotmail account. This started earlier today. I have received emails in my live account on my iphone all day; however my hotmail account hasn't received email
on my iphone since 8:40 am. Although I have emails in my hotmail account when I check it from my computer.
I keep receiving a message stating the connection has failed, cannot access the server. But, again, it is only on the Hotmail account.
Is anyone else having this issue? Is it being worked on?

I have an iphone 4 and I've owned it for years. That entire time I had my hotmail account linked to my phone. Recently I became unable to send emails from my phone using this account. In an attempt to rectify this issue I deleted the account from my phone.
Since Ive added it back I am not getting "Cannot Get Mail. The connection to the server failed." error message. How can I resolve this issue?

ever sense the outlook updates; an error dialogue pops up in mail app that says "cannot get mail the connection to the server failed".

My i phone won't connect to the outlook server so I am not getting emails on my i phone.
My account was hack and then it was close by the hacker or maybe microsoft as i got to learn it was use to Spam.
How do i restore my account? I have open ticket previously with Support who referred me here to contact a moderator specialist...
its already 2 week the show has been on from one service to another, could it be possible to have some real support about it??

I've been using Outlook.com for a few months and have problems with calendar items disappearing (events scheduled in the future). I primarily use Outlook 2013 on a Windows 8 desktop to create events. I view the events using this Outlook client, web browser,
and iPad. I often have events disappear from my account. I've had them disappear within a day or several days after being created. They do not show up in deleted items, and I see no way they are being deleted. I can provide specific examples for troubleshooting
if there is someone at Microsoft who can help.
