I have my email. Account set up on my iPad and iPhone. I can't access my email it is saying my username or password is incorrect on iPad. Was still receiving email on iPhone but 10 mins later both are giving same error. Is thereafter server down?
- talked to representative and still no help. Need to send important email. Microsoft needs to get working on this . See how many people are having same problem

I have a hotmail.co.uk account that i've been using for several years which I can log into on my old laptop however ever since the enforced change to outlook I have been having problems. One is that my laptop is too old for the new outlook meaning I have
to view the account on the mobile site so I cant access any settings to change the password or anything. The other is I can't log into this account from any other machine despite knowing the password and account details it just tells me they are wrong when
i try from a different computer.
I've had to set up a new email to complete the set-up of the new laptop but not being able to get into my old account to forward emails is getting annoying...

I've been trying to access my email account for nearly 12 hrs. What is going on? According to microsoft the problem should of been taken care by 1 pm. Why is it still down? This is the only way I have communicating with my Doctor. Please respond. Thanks
Tonight we tried to set a new password on my daughter's Hotmail account. Having given her details she was asked to give a different e-mail address to get a confirmation link and we gave my Hotmail address. The link that came to me seems to think that
it was my account that we were changing the password on and we are now worried that we are both going to be shut out of our e-mail accounts if the passwords have been confused.
So when will outlook be up and running?

All my skydrive files and folders are missing since today afternoon. One one of my PCs the skydrive process kept trying and failing to restart. Now when I log in even through browser the files are not there. There are some valuable documents in that location. Is there way I can get to know what has happened. Please help
