I can sign into my outlook email acc. The email pg. does'nt open. Say's they are working on it. This is the only means I have to communicate with my Doctor. There was tobe a update at 1 pm. Nothing as of 3pm. What goes here?

AND I CANNOT EVEN CHECK CONFIRMATION, STATUSES, AND I RUN A HOME BUSINESS AND I RECEIVE MANY EMAILS AND CANNOT GET TO THOSE!! THIS IS UN-ACCEPTABLE!!! YOU SAID THE PROBLEM WOULD BE FIXED BY 11:00 AM THIS MORNING IT IS LATE AFTERNOON!! WHY DO YOU MAKE PROMISES
