What the **** is going on with outlook.com? My wife can get to her email but I cannot. I haven't been able to access my email all day. I use this account for my business I would really like to know what the problem is and when is it going to be fixed.
I've been having trouble with my emails since Aug. 8. Paid $300.00 to fix the problem, now I have the problem again today! What's going on???? Even on my Iphone I'm can't get my emails!!!

This is so crazy, that you can just take away an email account that is 11 yrs. old.
If I new that you would be doing this! I would have left Outlook instead of you allowing you to change my MSN account to outlook.

I am unable to turn on Facebook chat in outlook.com. When I click to turn it on, it remains off.
I have tried deleting the facebook account and adding it again, but still no success.
