Lost emails from old hotmail account once it switched over to Outlook.  This was likely due to inactivity because I was receiving emails through a mobile device.  I have tried searching through all folders and have found nothing.  Have tried talking to technical support with no luck.  I would just like to know if there is a way to retrieve the old emails.
Desde que Hotmail se volvio Outlook tengo problemas para abrir mis correos!!! que pasa???? Alguien me puede decir que puedo hacer, me bloquean el acceso a la información de mi trabajo!

I sent a question asking for assistance on removing rendevzous.skype as it continually impacts my ability to view my outlook mail.

Please review the detail I sent and provide an answer.  I had the problem with IE10 and went back to IE9.  It happens only on my laptop and the others in the house are not affected.  I used other browsers to get to my email and it still happens.  I have run antivirus and malware bytes to see if it gets flagged so I can remove it and nothing appears.

I need to answer emails.  Please provide a solution to remove this.

Thanx, Mike

If the problem accessing Outlook or Hotmail happens to be usage of a mobile device, you perhaps might want to contact the server or the ISP provider. I am using a public computer that goes through the same network and the guy on the computer over there ^< happens to be chatting on his cell phone while on computer. This is a public library!!!!! I am getting his messages!!!! But he was first online although I was here first.....
And my email is now getting some promotional porno too...which I dislike intensely.

Hi, I'm trying to regain access to another windows account (created this one so I could post). I only created the account so I could use xbox live so being a bit stupid did not record the details I would need to access it. Earlier this year I got onto it (just so I could access mobile phone apps for xbox) and was working fine till my laptop, which I was signed into at the time crashed and failed to load windows, resulting in it needing to be wiped clean. I discovered this issue when I tried accessing my mobile apps but couldn't log in. When I went onto my xbox live I noticed it was signing into messenger which I had recently fixed, I put in the details required but came up telling me their was an issue with the account. So I tried logging into my windows live account and found I couldn't log in, told that It was temporarily blocked. So I tried changing the password, but email sent would only go to the account which was blocked so I tried security question which since it had been a long time I have forgotten what the answer was. So I then tried the questionnaire which is almost impossible to fill if u have never sent emails from it (I have another email account which I use instead for sending emails). So I have tried this a few times and have got the same answer again and again, not enough info to verify account, account blocked temporarily. Since I could still log into xbox live, play games and the rest, with no issues apart from messenger I decided to leave it at that. Now though xbox live has asked for a security update which requires email and password and since my account is blocked it gives error code 8015002E and signs me out.

I'm out of options, no one is able to give me a straight answer, I have no idea if someone has managed to hack it or not. I cant even transfer my xbox live to another account, I really don't want to lose all the money I have spent on Microsoft points either.

Please if anyone can help me I will be grateful

Dear Moderator

The administrative panel for our domain has the ability to reset passwords (added upon our request).

Unfortunately the ability to view the Mail Status, the Inbox Active Status and the ability to Suspend Mail has been lost.

A search of the Forums suggest that they are available for other domains with reset password for other domains as shown by the example below copied from the Forum.

May I please request that the Mail Status,  the Inbox active status and the Suspend mail ability is added to the Administrative Panel for the panel for the Domain which I will be pleased to supply upon request.

Thank you

I have two hotmail accounts and have been asked to provide a verification code for one of them.  I have received a code but on entering the code it doesn't work and keeps defaulting back to asking me to provide a code.

I entered it straight after receiving it, why doesn't it work?

Thanks,

I had configured my outlook.com account for Outlook android app  (android 2.2) and outlook desktop client (MS office 2007 suite) on windows 7.

When android app is in sync with web mail, desktop client is not downloading the new mails. Means if my android app get synchronized first with web mail, then my desktop client is not downloading new mails.

If my desktop client get syn first, then there is no issue, mails get downloaded on both the platforms
