Question about Outlook Express

many years ago i went to a mates house and in order to go online with my xbox i needed to have an email account. now at the time i didnt so as like many people did years ago just hopped onto hotmail and set up a free one asap with no intention of ever using it (didnt have regular internet access up until recently). because of this no emails have been sent, no folders created, security questions not set up (as far as i remember) and surely no passwords remembered. now this never was an issue because as far as i was aware this was solely for promotional emails as most companies love a bit of spam. but now in the last few weeks microsoft  has decided to implement higher security on their xbox live accounts. this has meant that in order to play my xbox i need that email password which i dont have a clue about. i cannot recover the password in the normal way as there simply isnt any info to supply. as i said before there hasnt been any emails sent etc. soo at this point im at a total lose end. i have contacted microsoft a few times and now they send me here. i hope this will get resolved but my hopes arent exactly soaring. 

I received the message that my skydrive is full and to delete from it. As I delete pictures, the amount of space USED actually increases!! I went through and deleted about #200 pictures which should have provided a lot of space. Instead, I STILL get the message that it is full.
