mi problema es q accedo a mi Outlook y me dice que esta siendo utilizado por otra persona, ahora lleno el formulario para recuperarlo y me dice que la información es insuficiente. Alguien del soporte técnico me podría ayudaor??? es importante. Gracias

Yesterday I successfully registered for Expert Zone. I first logged in, as prompted, with my Microsoft Account, filled out all the personal info and put in my company code, etc. and then did the verification. All worked fine. I spent all day then completing
over 25 courses. Today I go back, on another CPU and go to Expert Zone and again it has me log in with my Microsoft Account...all is good until it then routes me to the registration page that I have already filled out. After panicking (because of all my trainings
completed) I tried to fill out the registration once more but it errors and says the email address I use (my work address) is in use. So the good news is it seems my account from yesterday exists (email is in use), but the bad news is I cannot find a way to
get back to the training dashboard so I can get started on day two's trainings. Can someone help me please?
After this Wednesday's problems with hotmail and the mobile device only my old emails from 2-3 years ago were reloaded and no others. When I try to connect to hotmail.com it continues to search but doesn't connect. What can I do?
Trying to sign in to outlook ( former Hotmail) e-mail, asks for a security code, options are alternate e-mail, or phone number. I DON"T WANT EITHER OF THESE OPTIONS, I DONT WANT A SECURITY CODE!! I gave an alternate e-mail, says a security code will be
sent to this alternate e-mail. When I try to log into the alternate e-mail to retrieve the security code it asks for the same thing. ( a security code or alternate email, or telephone Number to send a security code to ) NOW WHAT???? SO, can't rec/v the security
code from the alternate e-mai, cuz it is asking for the same thing.. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!! I don't want a security code, I don't want an alternate e-mail, and I don't want a telephone number attached to this or any other account. Am I being forced to take these
options, along with the Outlook option I was forced to take instead of Hotmail???????? If so, Yahoo is looking better all the time !!!!!
I always used to have an animated GIF image for my profile picture (when it was still called Hotmail, Live Mail, and what not).
As it has been a few years old, I decided to update it (make a better quality one).
Before I changed my profile picture I saved the old one to my computer (right-click, save image as...).
However, after I changed my profile picture to the new one, instead of being animated, it only showed the first frame.
Also, when I tried to change it back to the original one (the one I saved to my pc (and that was still animated)), it too showed only the first frame.
Please tell me how I can again have an animated GIF as profile picture.

PS. Why is it so effin hard to create a new question, or is that just me? I had to change to M$ Internet Explorer just to create this question. Way to annoy people. Really makes me want to use M$ products more often :/
I'm unable to use spell check or change any fonts in Outllook. When attempting the former I get a pop-up that asks if I want to stay or leave the page.

Today i've worked on one of my document in the skydrive directly by using Edit in Wordweb app. I've saved it multiple times and updated it.
When i logged in again in the evening to work on it, i see all of my data lost from the document.
Is there any way to recover my data ? Please help.

The "Mail, Calendar, People, and Messaging" app won't sync to any of my emails older than 2 weeks. If I try to sync to any of my older emails it says it can't find any messages. When I log into my email via live.com and use Outlook, all of my messages
(new and old) are shown. Any ideas on why this mail app isn't sync'ing. It worked a few days ago.
Microsoft Can you please fix the problem with outlook/hotmail already. This has been an ongoing issue for the last few days.
If can't resolve just go back to the previous hotmail never had this much problems with hotmail. It's really annoying especially when
we rely on our emails throughout the day. PLEASE RESOLVE
