This week there were a lot of problems with the outlook mail through Microsoft. Everything through work started working again, but I have been having issues with my iPhone 4S (slow sync time). This morning I started getting an error message Cannot get
mail the connection to the server failed. I called AT & T, they could not help, I called the Apple Geniuses, they could not help and suggested I contact Hotmail (Outlook) for help. Since there is no way to speak to a person, this forum is my only option.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

I lost my Hotmail access because I stop using Hotmail for a long time more that four years, I remember I have stuff on that email that I will like so much to get it back.
After doing the recovering steps I get this:

I have no clue what last emails and junk folders i got set up and let alone, but can remember two passwords. my security question is favorite character, and I'm 100% sure I put Batman in there but is not working. and it says entered wrong too many times.
I don't know what else to do.

and gave me this message. I thought maybe there was a problem and it was being fixed, but til this day I cannot log into my account. I am able to go to my account settings where it shows my name, alias, birthday, password change but I am not able to get into
my email. What do I need to do to retrieve the emails and information in my email?
Someone else's picture appears when I send messages. How do I remove this and re-insert my own picture from my Profile?>

I am unable to receive or send messages using the Outlook App on my Andriod phone. The app refuses to synch new messages or any messages at all - old or new!
I uninstalled, deleted and reinstalled the app and the problem persist! This issues goes whatever is wrong with Outlook today, since I can send and recieve emails my hotmail account using a different email app.
How can I fix this problem!???
Since switching over to Outlook, its been problem after problem...I am really starting to despise this program...
I cannot get anyone to help me close my hotmail account. I get "server is down", links don't work and no one follows through with their promises to contact me.
When I was in hospital someone put this on my desktop.
Click-to-Run Manager. Microsoft Application Virtualization------ it goes on--.
I would like to get rid of it.
