Windows Movie Maker does not start

I downloaded Photo Gallery and Movie Maker two days ago. Photo Gallery worked fine, but Movie Maker still doesn't start. I have looked through the system requirements: We have Windows 7 32-bit version, 1 GB RAM, 2.20 GHz, Internet Browser is Chrome, Internet connection is broadband, we have DirectX 11 installed, and both Photo Gallery and Movie Maker are downloaded.
As for the internet browser, we also have Firefox 3.0.1. We also have Media Player installed.

I opened Movie Maker, it appeared but it said "Not Responding" and closes, then this message shows up, and says:

"Sorry, Movie Maker can't start. Make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements before trying to start Movie Maker again, and then try to update the driver of your video card if Movie Maker doesn't start."

Oh, and just in case this is important, our computer is HP Pavilion a6540d.

My outlook page keeps using an acquaintance's profile picture whenever I send email to other outlook users. I have attempted to change the profile picture and I have also blocked 3rd party content, but I can't change my outlook pic from my acquaintance's profile pic. How can I fix this?

rearraging photos in ALL PHOTOS, Gallery and Slideshow

I cannot seem to find a way to control the order of the photo display in skydrive's All Photos or its "slide show".  I have read the instructions re. how to order and arrange the photos within the folders within  Skydrive FILES in which they are stored; however the order of the files within the folders in FILES seems to have absolutely NO bearing upon the order in which the photos come up on display int he slide show and within the gallery in ALL PHOTOS.  Is this question articulated clearly  enough to render a pertinent and specific answer?  Please let me know if it is not sufficiently clear.  Any help would be appreciated. 

Still cannot get outlook email on iPhone

Microsoft....  The mobile sync problem with the "few" people is NOT FIXED.

Both my wife's iPad and iPhone and my iPad and iPhone still get stuck at "checking for mail" then will error out and say it can't connect to the server.

I have been using outlook.com email on my iPhone and iPad since the day it became outlook.com.  My settings are correct.  I have even tried your recommendation to delete the account and re-add it.  Still not,working.

Please fix this!  This is inexcusable.  The entire reason I went to outlook.com was because Microsoft touted how reliable it was over Google.

Using outlook.com and found that emails do not enter my inbox unless I go and change the delivery frequency.  I change it to manual, exit the settings and my mail arrives.  the net day I don't get mail so I go in and change it to "as mail arrives" and the mail comes through.  this happens over and over.

choose highlight photo when sharing album

When sharing a Skydrive photo album how do I choose the highlighted photo used in the email sent? So frustrating. I just shared high school reunion photos and your system chose a picture I didn't want highlighted with the album. So many other would have been fine, not that one! If there's a way to choose the highlighted photo please share that method. Thanks!

I have deleted the email over 6 times and reinstated it. The problem of the server connection appears after a few hours of service.

For the past 3 days I get the message 'cannot get mail, connection to server lost'.  Hotmail runs well on windows devices. When will the server capabilities be restored?

someone used my computer and in the log in box has their e mail and also some things typed I can not get it out

have made phone calls had tech support

no body knows how to delete it

this is ridiculous

just want it cleared out
