porqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqueeeeeeeeeee nao consigo entrar no meu msn?
does outlook delete messages from your folders?  i know for a fact that i had a lot more messages in a particular folder than i do now.  i did not delete them.  did outlook?  i mean i know this is a terrible email program.  but would they stoop that low?
I cannot get into my emails, Microsoft say someone has tried to access my emails and I must verify my security details before they will reset my password. I have filled out the security confirmation link 5 times and it keeps saying they cannot verify from the info given, as I have had this account for maybe 6 years I need access to important emails on that account. I tried to verify my details 72 hours ago again and received confirmation they had my request but still not had anything else back since???
My new alias does not show although I was sent an email that it went through
"Keep me signed in" option does not work, I have to enter my user name and password every single time. It started about 2 weeks ago, and I cannot find a solution. Does anyone know anything about that? Thanks
Since the August 13, 2013 Microsoft problem, I lost the Hotmail/Outlook server to my Smartphone (iPhone5). I can't get inbox email on my iPhone5.  HELP!!!!

What I want to do:

1) Be able to download my emails (hotmail acct & others), then read offline.

DETAIL:  Used to use Outlook (probably 2007?) but was infected a few years ago. Wiped HD, reinstalled all, but Outlook (2007?) has never worked again. Currently using Windows LiveMail to access online.

2) Add a second email addy, to be accessed via the same download/offline process.

DETAIL:  Created a Microsoft acct alias (@outlook.com addy), added to Windows LiveMail, but it just duplicates ALL emails under BOTH account names, and won't let me create a rule to moved outlook.com emails to their own folder unless I create the folder all the way down in STORAGE (which I did not create and NEVER see or use).

Sorry some of this is stale for folks, but I am not a "new is better, jump on it" person. Once something works well for me, I hang on until progress pries my clenched fingers loose.

Apparently, progress has arrived...
