i cannot recover my account the email is not matching up to my gamertag can someone please help me

Last night just before midnight i was not able to log onto my xbox account, the email i was using came up and then when i put in the password to log onto xbox live the password was not good, so i reset the password and now the gamertag i have been using for years along with all the mappacks for COD are not linked to the email i was using.. i dont know what happened if there was a type o in the tech dept i know that i did not change anything other than my password and i can access everything except my xbox live. Obviously its a problem on xbox and is there anything i can do to recover my gamer tag info i dont care if i have to open a new account i just dont want to buy all the mappacks for a second time

 

When I attempt to open an email I receive rendezvous.skype.com.Why?

I will log into outlook.com click on the email that I want to read and it takes me to rendezvous.skype.com. Can someone please solve my problem. Never had any trouble until MSN switched over to outlook.

Can’t get a “forward”

Several people have tried to forward an email to me and it doesn't even ever appear in my inbox or junk.  They sent a plain test email to me and that works, just not the forwarded message.  How do I get forwards? Didn't even know I was having this problem! Who knows how much other mail I've missed.

I just switched to outlook because I have not been able to get in to anything in my Hotmail account today. I am in the middle of a very important and extremely time sensitive business that I need access to all of my Hotmail e-mails and files to complete. HELP! How do I get them back asap? I have found numerous messages today that indicate that the switchover is in process and that there are continued delays. 

PLEASE send me info on how to resolve these issues right away!

    Hi Sunil. I am hoping you are someone else reading this is my contact person for help with this issue. Unfortunately, the potential difficulties/resolves that you have listed are not helpful to me. Some of my e-mails were older than 365 days but I have been actively using my Hotmail account. 

    Is there someone that I can talk directly to to help resolve this? Is there someone that can look at my account and analyze the problem and help me with the steps of the resolve? 

    I have to get this fixed right away. 

    To answer the above questions:

    - I wasn't intentionally "switching" the account but was trying to open another source of communication after a day and a half that I wasn't able to get into my account.
    - Data was not available for approximately a day and a half before I tried to open a new account.
    - I do not believe I click on a link prior to the problem occurring.
    - I did not try to deactivate or downgrade to Hotmail before the issue occurred.

    Tengo un problema desde hace días con el coreo de ustedes y con eso de que me cambiaron a out look yo  no quería porque me imaginaba que esto pasaría ahora esada por favor ayúdenme ya que cada ves que entro me prometen un codigdo mismo que nunca llega que hago gracias ni gmail pue

    I cannot access my Hotmail account. I've followed instructions and had codes sent to other email addresses and then entered them but I have not been able to gain access fully to my account again only to the details of my account and as soon as I sign out my account is blocked again. I have also followed links from this discussion forum  including https://account.live.com/password/reset but I still can't get in. I also had an email stating that I had submitted enough information to verify my account but after receiving this I tried to login again and it is still blocked. Can anyone help?
