Explain -with clarity- HOW to delete a folder.
Following directions from this site: 'moving cursor over Folder link in left pane' and click the 'gear icon
(Which is way over on the top RIGHT)
and select action from Manage folder'
BUT HEY, there ISN'T a DROP DOWN LIST saying 'Manage folder'. or so-forth.
So, please give directions that actually work to:

Ever since your outages this week, I'm having problems SENDING Hotmail from my Mac using the Mail program. I can receive Hotmail and I receive/send from my Comcast account. So what's the continuing issue with sending Hotmail?

I accessed my Outlook.com account on my laptop in the last 36 hours to clear out some emails in hotmail mailbox. Since then my iphone and ipad stopped receiving emails. Cant send either.
When prompted to put in the password in ipad or iphone, it is rejected and a message advises "unable to verify account information"
What can I do please to get everything working again.
My most recent problem this AM is that Outlook gives me an error messages that say:
ERROR: 80041003 - unable to connect with Windows Live Calendar and Error syncing folder hierarchy. Any suggestions?

I am unable to sync my outlook.com calendar with the Windows Live Mail 2012 program's calendar on my PC. I get the following error:
"There was an error when attempting to connect to the Windows Live Calendar service. If the error persists, check to see if there's an upgrade of Windows Live Mail available or contact a service representative."
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Windows essentials to make sure I have the latest version of Windows Live Mail, but I still get this same error. Is there a problem with my setup, or is this syncing not supported?

It says that I am already signed into an office 365 account. Which I do not have. I have cleared cache and cookies and tried it on multiple types of devices and still get the same error.
