But when I click on either, they take me to #1. I delete #2 and make SURE I have done it correctly, and shortcut #1 now takes me to account #2
It's like no matter what it SAYS, I can have only one shortcut. Both accounts are open at the same time on my computer when I make the shortcut, but the shortcut will only take me to one or the other.
This is the third or fourth time I have posted in this forum in the last month, and I have not heard anything whatsoever in response.
Is anyone listening?
Please help me with these several issues I have been asking about!
SO frustrating-spent half the day trying to email to some accounts and all bounced back no matter if i had an attachment or not! Is thsi hotmail error or theirs? Company claims not them.
Here is error message:

I'm unable to send emails from my outlook (Hotmail) account. I'm receiving delivery failure message, what's the problem?
Delivery Status Notification (Failure)
Very annoying!!
I help manage a group distribution list and emails on an outlook account we set up for managing volunteers on a rota and other bits.
I recently deleted some volunteer emails (few weeks back now) from the main distribution list created. Whenever I send out emails to the current DL, these recipients are still getting the emails. Even though they visibly do not show or exist in the Dist list. I have even opened up the DL in the 'to' box to double check their emails don't exist, and they don't. But when my emails are sent, they still appear in the list of recipients. This is most frustrating not only for us as an admin team but also for the recipients. It's also a pain as the only other way is to select each individual and we have over 60 volunteers on our list.
Also want to prevent confidential information getting to volunteers who are no longer with the organisation.
Please can someone advise if they have experienced the same and how they managed to clear the problem.
I'm beginning to think it's a bug in MS Outlook but don't know where to file this as a fault.
Any advice welcome.
Thanks
Fe
I access my work email account using webmail but now when I sign in I get a lot of code and cannot access my account. It may be a coincidence, but it started when my Hotmail changed to outlook.
The code/text I get is: -

I can access using the Lite version but it is very restrictive, any help or has anyone else had the same problem?
Hi All,
Need help, Xbox live (which usually signs me automatically) has prompted me with a security check asking me to verify my email address and password. Problem is that I created the hotmail account 3 years ago specifically for the purposes of xbox live and have never needed to use it since and therefore don't remember the password. I've gone through all the links of reseting the password, but as I have no info to supply ie;
- Subject of last email - never sent one
- Last email address contacted - never sent one
- Credit card name - never used with hotmail account
The email reply (to different account) tells me I've supplied insufficient info to reset the password and asks me to try again, I've been round this loop 3 or 4 times, does anyone know a phone number contactable from Ireland that I can use to resolve this matter? Will they refund me the lost weeks on my Xbox live account that I have through no fault of my own got locked out of??
Mick
