Please help me understand how to regain automatic sign in!  This is really frustrating to have to put in my username and password every time I want to check my email.
It used to just go through when hit the Outlook icon on my toolbar.  Now, after so long at being automatic, it requires me to manually input the username and password.
Please advise.  Thank you!
I have gone to temp files and nothing, it is the Hotmail and I cannot retrieve anything and all these instructions with go to recover deleted doesn't even exist but then I am not the brightest on my new computer
Hello. My brother and I both have laptops running Windows 7 64bit edition, and we both have the SkyDrive desktop app installed. Our goal is to access files stored in the cloud (as opposed to being stored on one of our computers), such that one of us can work on them at one time, and then the other can work on the same version later on in the day, such that we are always working on the latest version, without ever running the risk of our work being lost. Our goal is to do this not by accessing the files via the internet (i.e. in a browser window), but rather solely by clicking the little SkyDrive icon on the desktop to access the files. How can we set it up such that the files are visible in both of our SkyDrive desktop folders? A couple of FYI's: (1) We tried using the Share via e-mail feature, but all this does is provide a link to the files so that they can be opened in a browser. The shared files only appear in the SkyDrive desktop folder on one computer, not on the other. (2) We used to use a program called JungleDisk to achieve this, using its Shared Drive feature, such that the folder was visible on both of our laptops (just by clicking a shortcut) without having to use an internet browser. That is what we trying to achieve with SkyDrive. Is it possible, and if not, if anyone knows of a program or programs that enable one to do this, please let me know! Many thanks in advance for your time and counsel.
I cannot close my Outlook.com account . I keep on getting an error about a page that cannot be shown . This is on multiple browsers and multiple devices ... It is the same thing multiple other users are experiencing ....

You have my permission to manually delete this account and all data associated with it if thatcis required.

Regards,

How do I find the name of the SkyDrive account that the computer is backing up to?

<Moved from Windows 8.1 Preview Files, Folders and Online Storage>

Signed into my msn.com account and found inbox messages gone. I did a restore deleted messages and only actual deleted messages showed up. So it doesn't look like I was hacked, because my saved inbox messages would have been there. I suspect that outlook.com may have a problem and they lost my inbox. Please help.
MS Please do not answer with Browser troubleshooting - have already tried from multi PC and multi browsers.

Simple task makes Outlook.com un - usable

I need to delete all emails within Folder "Archive"
Select All emails, Delete
Times out
I can only delete 50 email as a time and I have thousands to delete.

Empty Deleted folder
Right click and empty
Outlook.com times out
I can only delete 50 at a time.

Very basic task - trying to clean up and remove un wanted emails.
Delete mass emails is failing and has been failing for two+ weeks.

Please no troubleshooting on
Sweep and Delete from rules (once clean - I will set these up)
Browser / PC issues (N/A)

This is a outlook.com issue that may be aggravated by the number of emails I received  - I have corrected the incoming flow.
But would like to be able to delete the mess that made it into my email box.

Thanks

When I go to delete my account this message shows " We can't show you that page

Our server is having a problem. We're working to fix it as soon as we can, so try again in a few minutes."

It's been like this for a day so far.
